The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all paint activities and are willing to assist customers with their knowledge. I found this location ask some of the most questions. However, the questions will lead to a better product selection for you. I drove past this location twice before my eye caught it. At the time that I visited it had red awnings.

Went in to get a exact match of paint that was bought there by my contractor. A woman with an attitude didn't greet me but instead snapped telling me it could never be matched. She had a poor attitude and no customer care skills. I went to Ace in Maitland and they matched the paint perfectly.

I used this store to paint our entire home when we moved here a decade ago and now we’ve recently moved again so I’ve gone back to them, and ten years later the customer service remains unmatched! Consulting Dawn is like having my own personal color specialist! She listens and gets what I’m going for and has never steered me wrong! It makes the daunting task of finding the right colors so much easier and makes the process fun..I cannot say enough about the exceptional personal care and service, every single time..Wonderful family owned business feel!

I went to pick up paint samples and the staff refused to wear a mask told me they didn't own a mask and told me it was OK if I left without picking up my samples if I insisted they wear a mask. I think I have a right not to contract delta virus variant doing my chores. I take enough risks providing healthcare. I do not understand why people who are dealing with the public would risk being carriers. This is not affected by vaccination status which is an entirely different discussion.I will no longer patronize this store. There's another one closer to downtown that were very accommodating and helpful..

This is a fantastic center. We have been going here for years and it's an A+ experience every time. They have a great high-quality paint selection, as well as friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff who will do everything they can to help you find exactly what you need. Dawn is wonderful and has done so much to help us with various projects - she really knows her stuff, and is genuinely invested in her customers. Thank you, Dawn - your help and knowledge have been invaluable!

This is an excellent paint store in every way. The staff is super friendly. The prices are competitive. They sell hard to find items like quart sizes of mold killer primer. Where they really shine however is service. All of the staff members here are amazing. Don't hesitate to ask for color advice - Tom is amazing at helping you to pick the right shade. He is as skilled a designer as well as a technical genius.

They didn't have the product we needed, but took time to talk with us about what we needed and referred us to a business that had the commercial product we needed. They also gave us the same awesome customer service. I would recommend them 100%!

Tom is great. He provided guidance for colors and the right paint to refurbish a vanity. Primer, advance enamel, and oil based gel stain for accents. Turned out beautifully. Can't get this level of customer service from the box stores.p

Tom has the knowledge to help amateur painters and Benjamin Moore has the best paint. This is a good mix for customers.
