It is weird to say, but I do enjoy going to this location. 9 times out of 10, I'm in and out within 15 minutes or so. I've had coworkers say that they can't get in the door? I told them I have no idea what they're talking about because I've never had to deal with trying to get into the office. This location is close to my job in Winter Park, the parking lot is less than desirable, but manageable. Check in is easy as they send a text with a link and then you get called back in a really reasonable amount of time. I have to go to a ton of medical appointments and get farmed out to different places to do different tests, but if I had a choice, I'd pick to always go here.My only negative issue with this location is I have to work around what's available instead of being able to go when I want, haha. The staff is always friendly and work quickly. Y'all are awesome and I appreciate all of you!

I had routine blood work from my doctor. Millie mad the experience quick and painless. Anytime I need routine work I will come here!

Went for my child. My husband had to go 3 times to the location. First time was told he needed to bring urine sample. When he went back, he was told that it was supposed fecal sample. When he went there, we noticed we were still missing urine results. They had thrown the urine he took first time away. When I spoke to the lady on the phone, asking her to look up the labs they had done on my child, she said she couldn’t see that in the system. It wasn’t until the lady who collected the blood sample, the first day, that we were able to figure out what was going on. Went today for a fourth time to drop off urine sample. They need to do better. All you see is people with long faces, always looking like they don’t want to be there. Do better.

Horrible experience went 3 times to this place to take a drug test for a job and the told me there system did not work wasted my time and my employers time and money of course they did not care

This location has a problem with their check in system. I made an appointment a month ahead and this morning before my arrival, they sent me a text with a link to click when I arrive. I arrived 10 minutes early and clicked the link on the text. I then asked a technician there at the door if I needed to still login to the kiosk in the lobby. She checked with someone in the back and said I didn't need to. The lobby was half full. As time went by, (20 minutes), I was not added to the billboard list as waiting with an appointment. Everyone was being taken in around me. I asked the nurse/tech that came to call the next appointment person why I hadn't been called. She got Loud and said I don't know what you were told, just sign in on tge kiosk. I went to sign in and the kiosk told me I was 10 minutes late and that I would have to reschedule! It was 20 minutes before anyone arrived at the door, to call a patient. She called me and as we were walking back to the room to draw the blood she said wait until we get back here to discuss it, that "this is a public area." I said well apparently other patients had a problem today there also. She asked to see my text that was sent to me. Then she asked for my code from the email sent to me. Then she said "she doesn't have anything to do with I.T." ( meaning the internet, scheduling process). She miraculously had my account and info. pulled up on her screen. She continued to be belligerent with me and then said if I didn't calm down she would refuse me service. I told her that I made my appointment a month ago, that I have utilized this location yearly for many years. I said I think there is a problem with your check in system.( When I arrived , there was some banter in the lobby about others not being called for their appointments either.) Please do something about the situation of this Quest office on 2111 Glenwood Drive ste 102 Winter Park, FL 32792. Hopefully it will benefit future patrons/ patients as I will not s schedule at this location again. Very rude employees there and on the defensive. They could just apologize for the discrepancy and make a sign in list if needed. It would be great to have someone at the check in window also.

I am a tricky patient, I have horrible anxiety and I pass out easily when getting blood drawn. Quest has always been good for me, but I was impressed by the professionalism and empathy displayed by my phlebotomist today. Steven went above and beyond to make sure my visit was smooth, quick, and easy. I really appreciate the accommodation and am very thankful.

I honestly don't understand why it has so many bad reviews if the care is excellent, I didn't have an appointment but they still treated me and the nurse Estefany very well. Thank you very much 6 Stars.

2nd time at this location and so impressed with how promptly they called me. They are so good about honoring appointments before walk-in patients, which I really appreciate. Joy was very good, professional, kind, and efficient!

Arrived on time for my appointment at 1:40PM. Was called shortly after, between 5-10 minutes. There is a TV screen that shows you where you are in line and how many appointments are scheduled for the next hour in case you are a walk in and are wondering. Very easy to make an appointment online. Look for the timeslots that are not grayed out. Joy was my phlebotomist and was amazing! She was extremely kind and friendly. The entire process was painless. Thank you so much Joy!

Terrible! Firstly, my appointment didn’t even show up on the appointment list when I got there so I had to wait which was fine. But the person who drew my blood sample put the incorrect name on my bloodwork of someone who has the same last name and birthday as me. So then the question came if that was even my bloodwork, which was already hard for me to do being that I faint. Thankfully I caught the error but to think how many other peoples bloodwork might be getting mixed up where it can be detrimental to their health. Poorly ran where detail accounts for everything. You had one job mam.

Management is terrible to their employees, Over work them. They're all about numbers, have you noticed how the wait times have been? Even for appointments?? They don't care about your fear of needles or if you pass out. Staff was asked to leave the room if a patient is passed out and service another one In a different room. It's all about Quantity. Not Quality

The process is very slow if you walk in. All the appointments go first, they don't have another line or order for these people, which seems unfair to me to wait so long, you don't know when you're going to leave because many arrive and you never go. and there are very few staff for the volume of people they have.

Place is horrible. Always late even with appointments they will have you wait well after your scheduled time. The staff does not care and will take ppl in at a snails pace just for simple blood work and even worse they cut off communication between you and anyone who works there. If you value your time do not ever come here these people are horrible. I'm promise you you will wait hours for a simple blood test. Seems like everyone here honestly hates their job with the negative attitudes here. They completely ignore you even when trying to ask questions and I ended Leaving getting not even simple blood work done after waiting for 3 hours.

Ordered a home biometric test from Quest. Finally came in the mail. Went through the whole thing, fasting, giving blood samples. Then it came time to use validation code on their website that came in packet. It failed. I called their help line and they told me they'd have to send out another biometric test and go through the whole thing again, just because of a bad validation code they sent me.

Took a leap of faith on this location because of the mixed reviews and sadly both are correct, the positives and the negatives.Positives:Clean locationGood parking areaNot too busyCheck in was easyWas seen within 10 min. of my appointmentThe lady that did my tests did them quickly and painlessNegatives:Custome service!! The same lady that did my tests on room #5 was so rude, it ruined my morning. I was being pleasant, making chit chat so she would feel comfortable, but I was met with snarky and dry responses. I guess her customers talk to her and she's tired of it, but I was (per her words) her patient #11...at 7:50am...if that was her mood starting the morning I don't know how she treated people after. She also notice how rude she was because her attitude changed after my face changed from happy to neutral and told me to have a good day after.So all in all, this location is efficient, but lacks in customer service so if you are aware of that before you go then you'll have the experience you expected.
