I am posting this review to let all customers know to beware of this company. They sell fake mattresses and use reputed brand names to market their fake mattresses. I purchased a Saatva Classic from an associate named Johnny. I used the mattress for a couple weeks and noticed it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I then went to a store and tried the authentic Saatva Classic and it felt completely different from the one he sold. I had someone from Saatva do an inspection on my mattress today and they confirmed that the mattress we bought isn’t authentic. I contacted Johnny to let him know that what he sold us was fake. He then apologized and said he would do an exchange for us for another mattress because he can’t process any refunds, only exchanges. It was weird to me that he couldn’t refund me even after I found out what he sold was fake. He then asked me to drive 45 minutes to his storage to check out mattresses that I can exchange for at no cost difference. I am 9 months pregnant and went to his store with my kid and when we got there , we tried other mattresses, we felt like we had no other choice but to select another mattress. So when we selected another mattress, he then asked us to pay $300 more. He never mentioned once before we drove there that he’d charge us more. He only said come try the mattress and we’ll deliver it the same day. I left crying because I faced such a complicated drive during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy to fix this issue but he was a total scam and a very greedy person. I have sent his company’s information to business bureau now to help me get this issue resolved. I don’t want any other customer to face this issue like I did therefore posted a review for a full warning. A mattress is something you sleep on for years and decades. Everyone should get the product they pay. Nobody should ever receive fake products. Its just so wrong!!!

Shopping phase was a pleasure. Johnny made it easy to not look elsewhere. Had a slight issue with delivery that left me a little upset, but johnny then went above and beyond to fix it and make sure I was satisfied before parting ways. I'll be returning to him whenever I need another new mattress. There truly are few sales people that seem to legitimately care about their customers' satisfaction and Johnny is one of them. Thanks again.

Me and my partner were mattress hunting and came across Premium Mattress Outlet while driving. So glad we spotted this place. Johnny was amazing. We told him our needs and he gave us the perfect match. He was every knowledgeable and friendly. We love our mattress. Got such an amazing deal and we are having the best nights sleep ever ! Woke up the next day with no aches or PAIN. Thank you so much !!!

Johnny is super helpful and knowledgeable. Made the entire experience super easy. He gave us a great price for the mattress and had it delivered to the house. They have a great selection, for some unbeatable prices. And the customer service is great. Anytime you call them, he will answer :) def recommend!!

As soon as I walked in Jen was available and knowledgeable on their products. A gentlemen which believe may be the owner also stepped in to help me better understand about mattresses to help me with my decision. I purchased a Laura Ashley firm mattress. The very first night I slept on it was amazing I woke up feeling rested and back pain free. Thank you guys so very much for your professionalism. Thank you

I got a name brand matress here for way less then other retailers. Johnny was knowledgeable, and very helpful. The matress delivery was really quick, and at a low price. I can finally get the sleep I needed.

After purchasing a mattress from another firm, I was miserable and planned to return it. I began searching for a new mattress and found Premium Mattress Outlet on Google. Impressed by the high rating, I decided to check it out and I am glad that I did. Johnny was incredibly helpful, and it's clear he knows and understands the mattress business. He found two mattresses that perfectly suited my needs, and let me spend about 45 minutes trying both of them out while we chatted away. He also found a box spring for me that was exactly what I needed. He delivered both for a nominal fee. I couldn't be more pleased or say enough good things about Johnny and his store! My sleepless nights are over! Thanks, Johnny!

I am honestly so happy that I purchased my mattress here! I initially purchased a mattress with Johnny and he was very helpful and accommodating. I also learned a lot about mattresses as a whole from him. A little over a month after having my mattress, I noticed there was a rare issue with one of the coils missing. I informed Johnny of this issue and he took care of me the same day and came and swapped out the mattress for me. I truly feel like if I had bought a new mattress anywhere else that I would have been stuck with a defective mattress. This is a great establishment that definitely goes the extra mile for their customers! My new bed is perfect and I am sure I will have it for years to come!

The service was exemplary. Johnny was very knowledgeable and took his time to get us the right mattress. I was shocked how much money I saved compare to the name brand store. Hubby and I are sleeping like a baby.

My son really needed a new mattress but we didn't want to break the bank. Found a name brand, super comfy set for under $400. Got it delivered the next day! Johnny was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We will definitely buy here again!
