Don't open your account at PNC. Worst bank ever. In order to make a cash withdrawal you need to call in advance and they can't give more than 3000 for withdrawal. Had to drive to 4 different branches to get the cash I needed for a purchase.

Very unprofessional banker. I opened a new CD account at this PNC branch by transferring money from my checking account. After 17 days, the CD account become $0 balance and all the money is returned to my checking account. This is the first time I encounter such thing. I am waiting for resolving this issue.

Severely understaffed branch. It’s not an old school PNC where you have multiple tellers in a row. Michael runs the show and he is incredible!

Nearly 18 years of banking relationships, and I’ve never experienced one as bad as PNC. I’ve banked with large banks, credit unions, small banks, and PNC is the worst I’ve experienced by far. From employees giving conflicting answers in this branch, to acting as if I’m a criminal because I had some large deposits with opening, to them knocking on my window while I’m in my car waiting for them to open (5 mins before) and telling me I need to leave the premises immediately because it was a safety issue to have cars in the parking lot as they opened, to me saying I wanted to close my accounts and they said “we’d be glad to close your accounts” not “is there anything we can do to help you stay or make your experience better?” Just bad customer service and disrespect.I transitioned everything to a local credit union, where they were ecstatic to have my business and have treated me with respect and professionalism from the beginning at every transaction.

Please read entire reviewI was having trouble with charges on my card and loss of credit which led me to call pnc (not the branch, but pnc). This was a painfully awful experience where they just kept denying everything and not answering my questions. I waited a couple days until Tuesday (I called on Sunday and worked on Monday). I met Mr. Santiago who understood from the beginning something wasn't right about my balance I owed. We did the math over 5 times and looked over statement after statement and found my balance wasn't adding up. We ended up calling over 5 head pnc people who didn't really do anything such as when I called by myself, but Santiago proceeded to get to the bottom of this and see what was going on. This led us to a 4 hour conversation with multiple people saying the same thing over and over again, but he wouldn't back down. At the end we finally had a resolution and an action was being taken and that pnc did mess up. If it wasn't for him spending those 4 long boring hours I wouldn't have ended up with a clear resolution for my situation.All in all Mr. Santiago you sir are amazing and deserve any sort of raise and promotions heading your way

Once again....another location that the outside ATM won't accept cash deposits. This makes the forth location. Also has a different policy than other locations on money orders. They should all be the same.

This place ruined my credit. I am infuriated. The bank workers are extremely uneducated. I dont know how most of them got a job at this bank.

This branch used to be AMAZING. The business banking manager here is absolutely clueless and unaware how to do his job nor can he follow up with anything timely. I’m moving my business to another bank because of it. They can’t even correct a simple company name change on my banking statements, its been over a month now.Their excuse is I have to open a new account or do a DBA. My old business banking manager here had no problems changing my business information prior. Watch them reply to this stating they already discussed this with me and gave me my options. Which was to open an entirely new bank account or DBA my old business name that doesn’t exist. 9 other banking / credit institutions had ZERO issues with updating their information. They are going to lose a very good 15+year client because the new banking manager has no interest in doing anything for his customers.

I have never in my entire life experience this at a bank. First, I go deposit some cash at the atm which I didn’t actually count physically, I had just cashed a check and went straight to the bank and also had some pocket money on top of that to deposit. Then, the atm didn’t accept my cash so I go to the drive through teller. He asks me how much but I just told them to count it, when he finished my deposit I saw what had been deposited and I was off $51. I then drive back and he said that my deposit receipt was off from THE BANKS receipt. That is NOT a mistake he PURPOSELY took advantage of the fact that I said for him to count it. So he definitely tried to cheat me out of my money, not sure if it was his idea or the banks but this proves that your money is not secure with PNC. I will be contacting authorities and higher ups at pnc. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
