What a great setup, large bathing tubs, various soaps and conditioners for use. Towels, aprons and a high powered fur dryer makes the task of bathing your FurBabies, a breeze. Go see Chris and staff at the Aloma Pet Supermarket, he'll take care of ya!”

“Petco is Petco. I really don't know if this store experience changes much no matter where you are in the country. Would I buy something live from here or use the services for pets? Probably not, I could be 100% wrong, but I would like to go to smaller specialty shops for that type business. For commodity items, you are probably not going to be able to beat the selection here in a smaller specialty shop. This was especially true for needing a new carrier for a small dog while on the road and a new tag for him as well. I must say that the tag cutting kiosk does a much better job than I would have thought!”

“My first time shopping here the other day. I was looking for a new dry cat and immediately when I walked in I was greeted. The guy behind the counter asked if I needed any assistance and I did need some recommendations. This was by far the best customer service I've ever experienced at a pet store. He really explained the products well. The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was that I wanted a dry food I could also get at petsmart or petco. I didn't want to limit myself to only shopping at Pet Supermarket and they had a lot of brands only sold there. Also, be prepared the store felt a bit warm. I'm not sure the AC was working.”
