Staff are knowledgeable about what they have in stock and will let you know, if out of stock, when to come back to get what you need. Staff are extremely responsive and when I have questions I always know where to go ❤️”

“For a piece of plastic from China their prices are way bit too high. I've been spoiled by Walmart the mega retailer of the planet Earth. But we did find a very nice water fountain for her kitty. Definitely a well designed device and we got it for only $23. Oh the best part she loved it! Jeremy had a great time meeting with you I believe you're an MOD for that store. I did service for many many Petco locations throughout Florida and a couple in Georgia. That was probably 10-15 years ago and I'm still a technician and petco's still a great place to go if you've got pets.”

“My 14 year old cairn terrier was having skin issues with some dry spots. After a bath with the Crazy for Belly Shampoo and Skin Meditation spray, he is doing much better! Highly recommend Nak’d!”

“My first time shopping here the other day. I was looking for a new dry cat and immediately when I walked in I was greeted. The guy behind the counter asked if I needed any assistance and I did need some recommendations. This was by far the best customer service I've ever experienced at a pet store. He really explained the products well. The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was that I wanted a dry food I could also get at petsmart or petco. I didn't want to limit myself to only shopping at Pet Supermarket and they had a lot of brands only sold there. Also, be prepared the store felt a bit warm. I'm not sure the AC was working.”
