Nick was very friendly and helpful, he was quick to come help me when I had an issue. I saw him assisting several other customers in my short visit. I come regularly to print paperwork for my small business and will continue to be a customer of the store. The location is convenient and staff are always available to help when needed. Thank you

I want to congratulate Office Depot for having an employee such as Fabiana Maia. She was very kind and helpfull in all the visits I made to the Winter Park store. She always has a smile in her face and gives very good sugestions and ideas about the goods you carry. In one of my visits I bought a sleve for my notebook but I was not sure about the size, she was very supportive in helping choose and check the measures. Many thanks Fabiana!!

Store visited at the Winter Park location is very well managed and organized. Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products sold; I will definitely shop there again.

This is my favorite Office Depot location. Devon and Stephanie in printing services are just wonderful and can figure out just about anything! Also, the store manager is pretty awesome and customer service focused as well!-- Edit: I came to add an awesome review and realized I already had one here from a prior time. Nick is also great!!

UPDATE: The GM Ray was so helpful and understanding about this whole situation. I am so thankful that they resolved this issue in a swift manner. I'm still unsure of why this happened but I am very grateful that this did not become a bigger issue. I have a disability. It's so hard for me to talk to people. I'm not sure if the person who declined my return was a manager or not but a man with black greasy hair denied my return on my card even though I had my receipt. I asked him why and he said that I can only get store credit. I asked why he wouldn't return it on the card and he continued to belittle me and repeat "store credit only". I kept asking questions and he chose to repeat "store credit only". There was information about the return policy right on front of me. He said that it was no longer in effect.. and I asked why was it in front of me and he said that the 100% guarantee was no longer valid. I really don't understand why he wanted to cause issues especially since I had a receipt and I am well within the guidelines for a return. This is why some people go off because of workers like this man. There were three men working. This one had black hair and an unkempt uniform. This was the one and only planner that they had. It was over $40. Pages were missing. There were barely any options. I'm so sad because this was already so hard for me.

Office Depot is about the only place I go anymore for office needs. The other day I had a young man help me save half the money I was going to spend. Not often do you find people go out of their way to do something like this. SERVICE was GREAT and product line is great as well..
