This company committed fraud against an elderly woman. They scammed her and then showed up at her home threatening to take her house and put her in the street. They are unethical and criminals. I will continue to report them to every agency that will listen.

We decided to hire NDC to replace the roof at our company offices, we picked metal due to its durability and resistance to weather and hurricanes. NDC came the winner amongst 5 roofing companies. These guys are fast and very efficient, the city permits/paperwork took longer than the rest of the process. Our roof was installed in one day. We ended with a beautiful metal roof (minus a 9% flat area that cannot accept metal) that will last us for many years to come.One thing I recommend NDC to improve: communication with the customers every step of the process to avoid misunderstandings, do not assume the customer knows what to expect, you are the experts in the field and simple explanations before the job is done saves headaches to both parts. To the customers: always ask for a diagram or rendering of what materials will be used and why.We are pleased with the job done, will contact NDC for future projects in Orlando.

What started out as a 3 day job to remove solar panels, install new roof and reinstall solar panels, turned into 16 days. Probably would have been more had I not called them.Luckily I had my original solar company come out to inspect their work. When ND reinstalled the system, the installers crossed two of the 3 circuits so my house was only getting 33% of the electricity the panels were actually producing.

They were fantastic: Erin coordinated our inspection quickly, despite the Thanksgiving holiday schedule; Dan went above and beyond to give us a same-day quote that was transparent, fair, and comprehensive; Kenny actually made the repair and was exceptionally thorough and did high quality work. They took care of our leak and made us feel like a priority, communicating proactively from start to finish. Ricky Fernandes is what every representative should strive to be like. Honest, polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the roofing business. Ricky brought all the samples of shingle options and was patient with me throughout the process. I was unable to do business with Next Dimension due to other issues. After getting several estimates from other roofing companies, we were first impressed by the knowledge of our sales rep, Antonio ****, from Next Dimension Construction and Roofing. He pointed out defects from the work done by our previous roofing contractor and assured us that it would be done right this time. We were very happy with the work that was done and felt the roofing crew went over and beyond what we expected!
