Terrible experience today 7/29 at 11:25am with Eric a teller assisting the drive thru at the Winter Park branch. I explained I was picking up a cashier check that was submitted online yesterday 7/28. Eric never asked the amount or the designated payee. I provided Eric with my driver license and the navy federal credit card associated to the joint account. Eric automatically assumed I was not on the joint account and he could not issue me the cashier check. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and he mentioned he was a Supervisor. The primary holder had to call customer service and confirm the check was withdrawal from the joint account. I'm a Supervisor myself and would never treat my clients the way I was treated today. He was unprofessional and showed no empathy or never mention for me to come inside to see of he could better assist and find a resolution. If Eric was not familiar with the process regarding cashier checks he should have asked for assistance from his fellow peers. I was really upset and felt I racially profiled by Eric today. I'm thinking about closing my accounts and banking elsewhere due to the issue I encounter today.

Very rude teller right when you walk in. My wallet got stolen, and I needed a new debit card, and the teller just told me that they don't print new debit cards. She refused to explain further. I had to ask someone else to find out that they WILL print new debit cards, they just need me to get a new id first. Terrible customer service. The gentleman up front was WAY nicer.

If you visit this branch steer clear of Janice. She has absolutely NO customer service skills and a terrible attitude. I usually visit the branch on E Colonial but came here today as it was more convenient. I’ll stick with my location to avoid having to deal with her. Give her some training on compassion and servicing her customer. Can’t imagine how she treats Veterans. I will say that the Assistant Manager here is very nice because I definitely called to complain.
