I switched from Apple to Android and I knew it was going to take a while for the switch because I wanted everything to transfer over. “Our experience with this Spectrum store location was great from the moment we walked in the door! We were greeted and told where to sign in. They were a bit busy, so we expected a long wait. So, we sat down to wait, but it seemed just moments and Dwayne called us over to help us. My son wanted a particular phone and thankfully they had it in stock! Dwayne was wonderful, he is friendly, knowledgeable, well-spoken and incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of great customer service. “Best customer service we’ve had in a while!
The two stores closer to us did not have the phones we wanted in stock, so we called and confirmed this location had them.
Juan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and was so patient! He was laid back but still professional, and made us feel like we were having a conversation with a person rather than being talked at by a robot employee only worried about the sale. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all of our options and the fees included.
The store manager, Neil, was also very polite and helpful. When we went back to return our old phones he provided us with all the pricing information again, and made sure we understood everything. They are an awesome team and are very personable. Such a fantastic experience!
We will be definitely be traveling to this store for all of our phone needs in the future.”
