I am visiting from Denver and made a last-minute appointment at this location. I think I must’ve gotten lucky getting on Andres’ books because he only had 1 opening, and dang. That was the best massage I’ve ever had. I wish I could bring him back to Colorado! If you like a firm massage and a good stretch, do yourself a favor and book with Andres!

I was a long time member for facials. When a microdermabrasion went wrong and rubbed a hole in my cheek, it still hadn’t healed in weeks. Management wouldn’t even apologize or offer a courtesy oxygen facial to help healing. I quit my membership.

DONT BOTHER: was excited to try a new experience with a new company, I was told by others not bother. Anyways I called and got hung up on, upon asking questions. Then called back and placed on hold until someone picked up and hung up on me. Then spoke to someone who apparently didn’t have time to make this company money, because all she did is huff and puff about scheduling. If I have to spend this much time trying to get a service, then you can kiss my cash goodbye.

So disappointed. I've been going to this location for a little less than a year and finally found a massage therapist that listened to my concerns and addressed them at every visit. Unfortunately, the front of house leaves something to be desired. Their system didn't process my monthly payment and suspended my account. I didn't hear about this until 40 minutes before my scheduled massage with Olivier when I received an email cancelling my appointment. I called and was told my account was on suspend because my credit card expired. My credit card on file does not expire until 2026. They ran it again and it went through fine, but said my appointment had already been given to someone else. I strategically scheduled this appointment to be the day after a PT session. They didn't even apologize. They just kept repeating that their policy is to cancel appointments if the account is on suspend. Terrible customer service. Oh! They called me at 8a the morning of the appointment and gave me two hours to respond. I work like many people and was in meetings from 8a until 11:30a. Maybe if they were more organized they would have contacted me sooner - they're great about sending text reminders and email reminders for dayyyyyss before the appointment - this would have been resolved. Genuinely considering taking my business elsewhere.

I too was a member but had to cancel when I realized they were false advertising their services. Everyone needs to know that they promote 60-minute session but ONLY PROVIDE 45-MINUTES OF HANDS ON SERVICE.This is deceptive, false and unfair business practices.

It was myself and my mother’s first time at this location. I set up a 60 min massage for my mom, and she really enjoyed her time there! Jenny was super sweet and took care of her the way I hoped. Unfortunately the young ladies at the front made a terrible impression with us. Super rude and unprofessional. Asked to be checked out and I was stared at in confusion.

This was my first experience at Massage Envy and this visit did not make a great impression. As soon as I walk into this location there is a man by the counter eating and then rushes off like he was not supposed to be there, The woman behind the counter was on her phone and she wasn't very welcoming. She gave me some paperwork to fill out and when I get back up to hand her the tablet, I'm struggling to get her attention away from her phone.I was then sent to the "tranquility room" where you could hear the estheticians laughing so loud in the back and talking about guests. Being a cosmetologist, there is absolutely no way I would treat my guests like this. How am I supposed to undress and be comfortable with them if 10 minutes ago I hear them laughing about another guest?!Moving on to the massage - I came in 20 minutes before my appointment and didn't start until 10 minutes after our scheduled time. I understand things happen and people run behind, but if I am paying for a 50 minute massage, I would really like to receive a 50 minute massage.Just to top it all off, I walk back out to the lobby, just to hear another guest complaining about her experience. I guess I wasn't the only one not impressed... Once I made it to the register, the two associates behind the counter whisper to each other about a guest sitting up front because apparently she was taking too long filling out the forms. Super mature guys.At least they had mints and it was clean!

I’ve always had a great experience with Massage Envy. The providers I’ve had have always been caring and professional. I last had Jenny who was amazing and probably the best massage I have had, and I’ve had many. I’ve been gifted luxury spa experiences and the massage she provided surpassed that experience.

I had a great experience with this location yesterday. After being disappointed with everything at the Oviedo office, I decided to book up my remaining credits and cancel with them. I came to Winter Park since Oviedo lacked the availability I needed and since they do not have any female therapist. Helen at Winter Park was amazing during my 90 minute massage yesterday! I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time, and I felt immediately better after my session. I told her how I was unhappy with Oviedo and she was shocked at my experience, but assured me that she has heard similar stories from 3 other Oviedo clients recently. It is nice to know that Helen has been working with the company for 10 years and ensured me that there are plenty of therapists on deck in case she is not available. She also informed me that I was being charged way too much at Oviedo and to speak with the girls at the front on my way out. I forgot to grab their names, but both of the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. One of them was the front desk manager. She apologized on Massage Envy's behalf for my experience with Oviedo, which she did not have to do. She reassured me that is not how the company wants their clients to feel and said she would help me out with getting things rectified. I was planning on cancelling with Massage Envy, but the service at Winter Park has made me excited to get my monthly services again. I will be cancelling my membership with Oviedo and resigning with Winter Park!

The massage was very good. It was my first time there.... I was 15 minutes late and then I had to fill out info about myself which took another 10 minutes. They took that time off my massage!!

Could not make an appointment without a credit card. Doesn't matter that I have a gift card. Guess I will NEVER be able to use it. Not right.

Half the time I make an appointment or my girlfriend does I end up getting a call saying the therapist didn’t come in today. Usually on very short notice. Today I was notified 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
