I stopped in for a quote. I had a very minor repair, whereby a clip was missing that was securing the lower bumper. They took my Jeep back immediately and fixed it free of charge. That really made my day and I just had to post a positive recommendation.

The team at Maitland Auto body shop were great from the beginning to end. Although there were a few delays due to car parts which is out of their control, their communication was top notch! Jennifer was always giving me updates via email or call and Calvin and his team were always on top of it in regards to working on the vehicle in an efficient and accurate manner. I got my car back and it looks great and back to its former self :). They’re truly awesome! Thank you all for the great work my my vehicle!

Maitland Auto Body's team is full of kind people who perform top-quality work. This is a real friendly neighborhood place that cares about its customers and never takes advantage of them. Their pricing is fair, the services are done quickly and with precision, and they go above and beyond what is asked of them.I've used them three times in the past and each time they did more for me than what I needed. It happened twice --- How can that be? ...I am waiting at a red light and bam! Someone slams into my car. Well, the good news is that Maitland Auto Body, delivered accurate estimates and then did a quick and beautiful job repairing the damage. Jennifer and the owner were so accommodating and I had my car back both times earlier than expected. Thank you for checking all the professional and personal boxes and doing an outstanding repair. Hope I don't have to go back--- but if I do, I will return to Maitland Auto Body!!

I needed to get my front bumper repainted. I received a recommendation for Maitland Auto Body and also read their online reviews. I know reviews can have extremes both negative and positive but I decided to try this shop since the overall rating was high. I dropped my car on a Monday and received it back the next week. My car is a blue-gray color and actually metallic. The bumper seemed slightly off. Between not enough metallic and a slight color variation I knew it would drive me crazy. I stopped by the shop and Calvin took a look. He was very professional and explained how there can be a slight variation with metal versus plastic. Ultimately he said I could leave the car and he would have the paint technician get more metallic in the color. The second time took a little longer but Calvin provided me updates. I picked the car up a week later and the results were fantastic. It's hard to tell from the pictures but the color and metallic shine is spot on. I really appreciate Calvin's customer service and the shop's willingness to make a satisfied customer. I would recommend Maitland Auto Body off Minnesota Ave in Winter Park.Service: Painting

Let's just say a different shop confirmed my concerns with the repairs and additional damages done in the process of repairing my car. I don't recommend this shop based off the lackluster work they did with my first repair, total disregard for others people's property in their care is what they have. Everything went south with this repair.

This place is amazing! My bumper partially fell off in the middle of the day. I went inside to ask if there was any availability to get my car in driving shape with a quick fix, and the worker there immediately went outside to check out my car. Within 10 minutes, my car was being driven back out front with the bumper fixed. Amazing! The worker did not ask for anything in return, but I provided him with a tip due to his great work. The worker was very welcoming and very quick to help out. I would recommend this place to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing! My car was parked when someone backed up into it, I was suggested to take it here. They did a fantastic job, and had great communication! They dealt with the insurance company as well, so I hardly had to do anything while my car was getting fixed. When I got my car back I was so pleased with how great it looked and they even cleaned it! I highly recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim

Maitland auto body did a fantastic job repairing the rear and side of our Honda minivan. They were very quick, very good communication, and very professional. It’s been a few months since repair and we have not had any issues! We highly recommend them.

My car was stolen and then trashed. They fixed my baby up like new, detailed the seats and carpet to undo the wreck the people made and gave the best customer service. Thank you a thousand times over and you guys won you a new customer. I highly recommend

Tesla certified auto body shop. I was very happy with the quality and timeliness of my repairs.Great customer service. Very organized. They kept me updated. They also work with Enterprise and were able to help me with my rental.I hope I don't have to come back here but if I ever do because of how people drive in Orlando....I know where to go.
