Patrick is an amazing real and raw old man that is honest and truthful he gained my customer loyal because the moment I walked in the store he greeted me with a huge hello and was quick to assist me for what I was looking for and was not pushy to sell me anything but very welcoming and friendly amazing experience and will definitely be back and sending friends and family as well. this crazy old man wants to charge me over $100 just to reinstall macos on my laptop. you can literally make a bootable USB at home for free. also, apple hasn’t charged a single penny to download their operating systems since 10.9….what a unhelpful money-grabbing guy.literally smokes tobacco in his store too, so don’t bring your kids herei won’t be returning ever again.

Really great experience! I had an issue with my MacBook and was super worried because I use it to make a living. Patrick was super friendly as soon as I walked in and immediately jumped into helping me. He made sure to introduce himself and ask me my name. He is a little hard of hearing (as noted on a sign on the door) and made sure that he heard my name correctly, spelling it out to me to make sure. He turned a very stressful situation into a very enjoyable one with his wonderful conversation skills and tech support skills. I will definitely be coming back if I ever have any issues with my computers in the future and recommending him to all my friends. An amazing guy, local business, and not just after your money like a lot of modern repair stores

I spoke with the owner of this company and let him know that I was about an hour and a half away from him and that I had a computer that I used for my recording studio that had went down. He generously asked me to check some things over the phone and he went beyond, I take that back, above and beyond and told me some things to look out for and pointed me in the right direction, and low and behold computer is back up and running in my recording studio what a godsend. If you need your Mac fixed or are looking for a quality company and you’re in the area of Orlando this is the gentleman to take your computer to.Thank you.

I had a question about selling my mac vs trading it in and Patrick was incredible helpful. Not only did he offer me a fantastic price, he also referred me to other local computer stores who may be able to provide a better trade. On top of that, he called me back and gave me additional options/ideas for what I was trying to achieve, saving me a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Patrick at MacsOrlando. Patrick was friendly and he had fixed a few computers for me in the last, but I think age has gotten the best of him and perhaps it's time to retire. I took in a MacBook for repairs and Patrick quoted me a price. It took about a month to conclude if all the repairs were needed.We ended up agreeing to repair the Wi-Fi, hard-drive and a track pad.I ended up leaving the country for a funeral and when I returned I went into quarantine. (this is 2 months in total time)When I called Patrick to ask about my computer. He told me he sold it because I didn't come back quick enough.I never recieved any phone calls. He never followed up with me to let you know the computer would be sold. I had extremely important information regarding my business and family in the laptop and he sold it without any issues. I was pretty heartbroken and I just can't believe he would do that.He didn't even apologize and offer any type of discount or just showed no remorse.He should retire already. Way too old and his mind isn't all there.Sad time for Patrick's business.

My MacBook Pro was running slow, so I decided to take it to MacsOrlando. I left it with the owner to be fixed, and he said he would let me know when it was ready to be picked up. After waiting several weeks without hearing from him, I decided to call to find out what was going on. He said that the computer was unrepairable and that I could come pick it up. When I went back to the store and looked at the computer, the screen showed a folder with a question mark. I asked what happened, and he said he had no idea. I tried to get more detail out of him, but he had no explanation. He could barely remember looking at the computer and had nothing written down about it. Nevertheless, I accepted his claim that the computer was unrepairable and asked if he could at least try to get the data off of it. He said he would try, and I left it with him again. Why I trusted him with my computer again I don’t know. A few days later, he contacted me saying that the computer was working and ready to be picked up. I was surprised considering he had previously claimed it was beyond repair. When I went back and looked at the computer, I noticed that all my data was gone. He had conveniently forgotten to mention that part. I think he was hoping I wouldn’t notice. I asked him what happened, and he said that when he looked for my data on the hard drive he couldn’t find anything. He then decided, knowing there was data on the hard drive that I wanted, to erase and format the drive without asking me. I tried to get more information out of him about what went wrong, but got nothing. He was either clueless or trying to cover up his mistakes. And to add insult to injury, he didn’t offer any kind of refund. But wait, there’s more. What he did didn’t even fix the problem. Within a few days of using the computer, it started running just as slow as before if not slower. I sure as hell wasn’t going back to him again, so I decided to take it to someone else, who easily found that the issue was the battery. He put in a different battery, and the computer now works fine. So, essentially, I paid MacsOrlando hundreds of dollars to have all my data deleted. If that’s something you’re interested in doing, by all means, go to MacsOrlando. But if you’re looking for an actual Mac specialist, or just someone who knows about computers, there are far better options in the Orlando area.

Sorry for the mixed review... this place was helpful but there really are better options.The owner comes off as very professional at first. He remains this way if you stand where he says to, sit where he says to, and not ever interrupt him. Do anything against that and you will see a different side of him. You will likely get chastised as I did which was an odd turn.This place is cash only. For me in this day and age that raises some red flags.I was also given conflicting information that when I tried to gently get clarification from was argued with and blamed again.To be clear the work he did was fine enough. He replaced a defective battery in a MacBook Pro. I was surprised that he handed me the broken battery in a box and told me to dispose of it “you brought it, it’s your responsibility” as he smoked a pipe directly in front of me. Again just seems like some odd gaps in customer service.I appreciate the work he did however working with him was unpleasant enough that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
