They are disrespectful, they are scammers, my car had the same problem four times in a row in less than two weeks and they began to invent and change parts and charge me money for pleasure, I am calling to complain about the poor work done and they hang up on me because they don't even know what to say and I keep calling and they don't answer the phone anymore, DO NOT be fooled by those people, they don't care where you get the money from and the work you go through to do it, they won't even see me anymore there nor to anyone to whom I can give this information.

I expected more from Lexus. ES350 was in for 20,000 mile service last week. Charges close to $400. 5 days later the battery was stone dead. They claim it was part of their routine service to check the battery but it would have shown something wrong. Makes me wonder what else they didn't check or do that they were supposed to.

Took my Lexus 2016 with a navigation control console that wasn't working I thought because it was a Lexus dealer they will find the problem after almost 2 hours the didn't find the problem told me that they needed more time so $169 and hour they want another hour if they didn't find the problem in 1 hour they not going to find it there technician really need to go back to school took it to max audio in Kissimmee they find the problem I was so happy Lexus dealer u really suck

The sales team (Craig and Sunny) I worked with at Winter Park Lexus was great through the purchase. The problem is that they told me I would have my second key fob within a month. It has been three, and now they (Craig and Sunny) can't help me and have no idea when I'll get the second key for my 60k RX350. Sunny's response to help me was to text me Lexus corporate number. I called them, and was told it has been delayed until the first quarter of next year. This is unacceptable. I can't imagine what I would do if something happens to my only key. They don't seem to care that people are waiting 6 months or longer. My recommendation is that you get it in writing that you will have your second key within an acceptable period.

Very pleasant experience but a car from here. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and friendly. Ernesto from the internet department was very quick to replacing to my inquiry. Alaa the sales manager called to thank me for my business and offered his contact information if I ever needed anything. Jacob from finance was quick and efficient and not pushy like you find at some places. Finally, Angelina delivered the new car to me in record time. Great work everybody!

I will never take my car to this service again!!!! I brought it in Saturday afternoon they immediately pushed me into a loaner because of the holiday weekend which was fine. But Tuesday came midday and I didn't hear anything from my representative about when it would be ready or the cost. I called and spoke to Ricky who said he would send the managers and my sales representative an email and that they had done work on my car without my approval or giving me an estimate. After three hours I called back Ricky again he said they are extremely busy and I still have not heard back. This is beyond unprofessional and I am just praying they don't charge me an arm and a leg without asking me for approval.

Very helpful people. They help you find what you are looking for, or if they don't have it, something close. They will definitely help guide you where you need to be. The service center is absolutely amazing. They take amazing care of you and your car. They answer any and all questions you may have. These people will get you taken care of.
