We recently attended a wedding here and we very disappointed with the way the venue staff did a disservice to the bride and groom. I would not recommend this venue for a wedding as they do not take pride in providing a memorable experience.

This was like a gift when I got this venue. The communication between the owner and us was awesome. The venue turned out so beautiful, everyone loved the decor and had an amazing time. Recommended for any event.

Beautiful establishment! decorated very nice for my niece Deasia's 30 shades of Melanin birthday party!! On 10/14/23I would give them 10 stars but I can only do 5! I will be renting out for my event!! ❤️❤️

I booked this venue last minute for my hubby’s 50th birthday party. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the event space was amazing. I am truly grateful to have found such a beautiful location with such short notice!

Best event center in Orlando! Such a spacious place with so much to offer. Not to mention the owner Is extremely personable. Love all that this place has to offer. My first time there you would’ve never thought that there would be so much space in this complex but it’s buffer than it looks online!

If I could give 0 stars i would. I Attended an event here for a baby shower. With a quick recap of everything, overall it was beautiful but a couple of hiccups that made the day somewhat unpleasant. To start the owner of the venue left at 11:30 when the party started at 2:30. When the dj arrived at 2 to set up there was no table or cloth/linen for the dj, when asked to provide she said that she was gone and there was no way to help, dj had to go to Walmart to purchase their own items setting the party back more than 45 minutes. Then at the end of the party, you must FULLY clean the venue (sweeping and mopping included, taking all trash out as well). My best friend paid $1600 for this venue to not have an assistant or employee shadowing this party in case any needs and to have to clean up her own party (while pregnant) The owner of the venue came in at the end and was very very rude. Annoyed we went over less than 30 minutes of scheduled time due to her lack of due diligence. She then proceeded to complain about how the cleaning was not done to her liking. When explained how everything was done to the standards she asked and how her demeanor was not pleasant she explained how her attitude and liking was because she had personal issues going on and how inconvenient it was “for her”. As a paying customer it is not the clients issue when the owner has something going on. She was very unprofessional & not personable. I would not recommend anyone to rent here. In all the venues i have prepped and attended I have never seen someone not have staff on hand for any of the clients needs and cleaning. If you want your guests cleaning after themselves i would then rent here. $1600 is solely for space, chairs and linen. I would highly recommend this place to have a better staffing, a more professional owner & f maybe a cleaning crew. What was supposed to be a beautiful memorable event for my pregnant best friend ended up becoming a headache and a half

Tracy was BEYOND amazing! Pricing was perfect, but aside from that she was VERY hands on! She made sure that we had everything we needed up to the last minute! Imperial 55 is literally a 1 stop shop! Did I say how amazing she was??? 5 stars is not enough! She is officially the go to venue for our family events!

My consultation with Tracey was absolutely pleasant. She sold me right away with her welcoming personality and professionalism. All prices, expectations, and requirements are given up front with no hidden fees. The allotted time for set up is perfect for anyone with outside vendors. I highly recommend using Imperial 55 Wedding and Event Center for your next occasion.

Great venue, high hopes but Horrible experience. Venue owner repeatedly changed the event package we purchased prior to event. Insisted on continuously upselling us on things previously mentioned as included in our package.When planning a major event it is important to have an open & honest line of communication with a venue owner. This helps for as little mishaps and surprises as possible. Our event appeared like a success - but the headache made it not worth the investment.
