“Axiom Bank did what they said they would do, they're trustworthy, honest, and dependable. The only real negative is that they do require most changes to be done with you in person, or by a notarized letter with a photocopy of your id. This even included depositing proceeds from My Axiom matured cd into My Axiom savings account. They wouldn't except my asking them to do this logged into my account and using they're messaging system - thus minus the 1 star.I would certainly do business with them again.”

“I Have wanted to write this review since the Hanging Moss Branch. Mr Kemple May takes customer service to the next level. Had a problem with an ATM transaction and he was getting in his car to go home, he saw me distress and ask am I ok. Mr May went back in and told me don't worry he would go back in and look at my transaction .Came back in five minutes and told me my transaction went through. I never forgot that. Thank you Mr. May.”

“Personally, Regions Bank is the bank that has treated me the best, I went with the recommendation of my accountant, and I met manager Alan. He has been able to provide numerous solutions such as refinancing my house, credit card for my business, and other bank accounts. I have the opportunity to do my weekly transactions with the the rest of the team - Maria, Pedro, and Doris. I am always greeted with a smile and great service. “Im giving 5 stars for Antonio! He is always very kind and helpful when I go to the bank. There have been times where my payroll card has had issues and I have been blown off by other employees. Antonio on the other hand is always looking for a way to solve the problem instead of telling me to “go to another branch” like other employees that work there. Thank you Antonio for actually helping solve problems instead of blowing me off. He is a valuable employee with good customer service skills.”
“I highly recommend this bank, not only is their customer service top notch but their loan programs are terrific. Personally, I applied and was approved for their home improvement loan which I needed for replacing my AC unit. From the time I applied to the time I had the money in my account was only 2 business days. this was great as when you need a new AC unit you need it as soon as possible.”
“I have to say, I deal with a lot of banks and have dealt with many more over the years. Since their creation after taking over BB&T & Suntrust, Truist really is a solid bank. Every branch I have visited since their creation is helpful, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you’re a customer. This is a lot more than I can say for many of the other big banks. I feel like I get the hometown bank relationship with the big bank perks. If you’re considering a bank, I recommend giving Truist a strong consideration.”
