This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business ever. I originally scheduled an appointment last week to get my taxes done because I do contract work and didn't want to do deal with the schedule c myself. Right away, I was bounced around between 2 days by them for my appointment ultimately staying with the original time only an hour before I needed to arrive. Once getting there I spent the next hour and a half helping the tax professional figure out the schedule c. I want to make note this was not her fault; she is new and not trained yet on this which falls on management. This was both awkward and embarrassing for her as well as myself. I was then told to pay $290 for my service after discount. There is no way that kind of service is worth $290 and frankly even had it gone smooth it's still outrageous, you are basically watching someone turbo tax for you. I chose to just pay and call corporate on my experience. I was told an external team would review what happened and call me. This did not happen as I was called by the manager of this location and asked why I called corporate on them. I explained and she assured me she agreed and said she'd call her manager and get a partial refund for me. she said she would call back in 20 minutes.... it is now the evening of the next day with no word from them, hence this review. H&R Block if you read this and want to make this right give me a call and refund me. To everyone else I would recommend finding any other tax solution.
Edit: I finally received a partial return in the mail. Still unsure why this was such a hassle to just refund to my credit card, but oh well. Not sure I would recommend this company still, but they at least did something to make the issue better.

Knowledge and courteous! I brought my mom in to have her taxes dore. Tax return was filed while we were there! Very pleased with our visit!

Delman Brinson gives the calmest savy tax preparation.
The rest ot the staff is great also. So glad I found them.

Today I called this office to get a price on filing my taxes I would have been a repeat customer but... no one answers the phone a menu recording comes on offers 1 option and that option cuts short. Wow not really sure how to go forward....

Delma did my taxes after paying them the $125 they then told me that the feds needed a confirmation of my identity they explained nothing they helped me with nothing and I felt like they just pushed me out of the office after receiving my 125 never will I use them again horrible experience
