“I love The Heavy. I shop here frequently. They have a great selection of plants. The prices are what you'd expect for a plant shop in Winter Park, on the pricey side but with their specialty selection these are not plants you'll find at Home Depot so keep that in mind. They have a monthly plant club. Super cool idea for a plant lover. Service is always great, everyone is friendly. Such a cute location, the aesthetic is very boho, take advantage of the photo ops!”

“The Scott Laurent collection is a gallery of fantastic and elegant art that ranges from small trinkets to very rare focal pieces for your home, office, or gallery. The Scott Laurent Collection is tucked away in the heart of Park Ave, where he's had this location for over 31 years. After briefly chatting with the owner I've found out that he's been apart of the Orlando community since 1969. When we entered the store we were greeted with a very kind "Its great to see you", which while just a casual gesture made us feel right at home. We picked up an amazing cutting board and small bike trinket for our shelf in the living room. Can't wait to go back again!”

Lots of nice other shops and restaurants nearby as well as Rollins College. Owner also recommended the Morse Museum (Tiffany Collection) for a visit which was very worthwhile.”

“I first walked into this store on New Years Day. I was walking along Park Ave with my parents who were visiting for the holiday. Park Ave is one of our favorite spots in Orlando, and we always browse the streets. After eating lunch at 310,we stumbled upon this store, which we had never seen before. We walked in to take a look around. The first thing I noticed was the unique decor. What first caught my eye was art made from horse shoes. Walking deeper into the store, the hand painted and framed tiles caught my attention. Sine were nicer than others, but they were all extremely affordable. Prices on these ranged from $20 to $90, depending on size. As I was leaving, I noticed the one employee, who I assume was one of the owners, designing a new tile to be painted. This store is one of my new favorites on Park Avenue. I will definitely stop back in a few weeks to buy a couple pieces of art. If you are looking for something unique for your home or office, I would recommend checking this new store out!”

Derek greeted us warmly, answered tons of questions, and explained their member program which we will join. “I received excellent help from Cindy today after I called everyone else at PB, then Capital One and kept getting wrong answers! It had to do with an online purchase I couldn’t seem to make because I didn’t yet have my new credit card in hand. It was about $3,000 worth of items that I didn’t want to wait on (some on sale). Cindy knew exactly what to do and was extremely pleasant! I only feel badly because her store (Winter Park) should have received credit for my purchase but when I went to link the new credit card with my Key rewards it allowed me to make the purchase so easily! PB needs to have updated training because I received NO assistance and even considered giving up at one point and buying from a local furniture store I had visited. It ended up being such a simple fix. Don’t lose sales for poor customer service training.”

“Small but pretty store across Pepe’s Mexican restaurant and also not too far from an Italian restaurant. I parked on the street by Rifle Paper store so I called for directions. The woman who answered was helpful and friendly because I could not find the store. I realized I had it confused with a different sign “Urban Apothecary” or something “Urban” with it.”
