Went in for a full inspection, oil change, tire rotation & told the team that I was traveling across the country so I just wanted to be sure it was safe. I was told that my front left CV axle shaft needed to be replaced but, upon a second opinion, it was determined the axle that needed replacing was the back right-hand side. Weird but okay. The customer service associate that helped me, Rick, had poor listening skills & I had to clarify myself 3 times before I felt confident he understood what my concerns were. I told them there was a rattling sound coming from the back of the car & he told me I would be charged a second time for an inspection to address that particular concern. Of course, I asked him why on Earth I would pay twice for 1 inspection.. Anyways, the vibes are bad at this place & I overheard a female associate cursing & gossiping about the "stupid" customers. Not one person at this place was pleasant with the exception of the person who directed me where to go when I pulled into the service area. A week or two later, I realize my suv is leaking oil consistently & it's because they never inserted the screw in properly. Such a shame. Unprofessional & uncomfortable experience.

Every service visit is two hour longer than stated. I have the highest service package and continue to be up sold. This directly impacts my decision to buy Hyundia in the future. Oil changes should not be 4 hours long. Honda was more expensive but they valued my time. I pay more in lost time then it's worth driving a cheaper car.

Worse place EVER!!!! Worse costumer service. They will tell you your car will be ready same day and then take 2 weeks to repair something with NO COMMUNICATION. I called and called and never got answer I had to go there to receive updates on my car. And don't even mention prices, if you come here I suggest to wait until they give you what the issue is and then see what the prices are on other shops. The will over charge with no shame.

Horrible customer service!! I brought my car in for complimentary maintenance, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 11:00. When I arrived I was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour and a half. At 12:02 that car had not been taken back to I inquired into when it would be ready. I was told that they had fallen really behind and it would likely be around 2:45. I told her that I could not wait that long and needed my car and would reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told that I should not expect to ever wait less than 3 hours. She said that they are actually overbooked for this week, but are still taking appointments. Why would a business ever do that???? That could only lead to upset customers and miserable employees. She told me that if I don't like the long waits, I could go elsewhere. Management clearly has no respect or consideration for their customers or employees. I will never buy another car from this dealership. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. Each and every time I have visited for simple routine maintenance, it has taken 3+ hours and that is with a scheduled appointment. The fact that they are overbooked, but still taking appointments says it all.

I took our new Santa Fe in for an oil change and service department representative found a defective tire, still under warranty with Continental. Here's the rub. You have to pay for a new tire, at premium price, Holler mails the tire to Continental, then you are supposed to get reimbursed. But that never happens. Holler never mails the tire, then they ignore your requests to remedy the situation.

PLEASE READ THIS DEALERSHIP IS SELLING CPOS THAT WEREN'T CERTIFIED. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Holler-Classic Automotive Group. I recently purchased a Genesis GV-70 from the Holler Hyundai/Genesis North Orlando dealership, which was sold to me as a certified pre-owned vehicle. However, it was later discovered that the vehicle had failed certification and had not actually been verified as promised. Even the previous owners personal information was in the system. There were several electrical issues including safety that the vehicle was sold with. Since owning the vehicle, I have experienced numerous electrical issues, which have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. The car has been in the shop for a total of 47 days out of the ~two months of ownership. I have been back and forth to the shop seven times already. This has resulted in unexpected expenses, as well as a significant amount of time wasted, not to mention the high car payment and insurance costs I've had for the past two months without having the vehicle. I am appalled that Holler Hyundai/Genesis North Orlando would sell me a vehicle that was not properly verified as certified pre-owned. This is a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of their customers, and it is unacceptable.Furthermore, the customer service provided by the dealership has been pathetic. I have had to continuously chase up on the status of my vehicle and have not been provided with clear communication or timelines for repairs. The dealership goes over a week without any update and it's nearly impossible to talk to an individual over the phone. I have over 125 documented calls. The dealership GM Shannon Kominowski even refuses to give me the contact information for corporate. She just tries to deflect the issues and belittle the customer. She belittles my wife and myself to the point where my wife is in tears after every call with her. This has made an already frustrating situation even more unbearable.I cannot recommend Holler-Classic Automotive Group to anyone. The failure to properly verify the vehicle before selling it as certified pre-owned has resulted in numerous issues, unexpected expenses, and a significant waste of time. The lack of communication and non-existent customer service has made the experience even worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to steer clear and find a more reputable and trustworthy dealer.

I've always had a positive experience at Holler Hyundai, but want to be sure to detail the level of work I've had done here to share as much info as possible!I have a new Hyundai that I prefer to take directly to the dealership for maintenance, considering I have a maintenance package that covers some basic needs. This week I took in my car for an oil change/filter replacement, tire rotation, and engine filter replacement. It was really easy to schedule my service ahead of time in Holler Hyundai's website- which I would definitely recommend doing as they always seem to be pretty busy. I opted to wait while my car was serviced, as I didn't have a ride or really anywhere I needed to go. I ended up waiting for close to two hours (which I expected) while they worked on my car. Overall, I've been here a few times (for service only, never to purchase) and have had positive experiences. If you own a Hyundai and have a maintenance package or another reason to go directly to a dealership to get work done, I'd recommend Holler Hyundai in Winter Park!

Out of all my car buying experiences I've had so far - Holler Hyundai has surpassed all of them with a high level of professionalism, transparency, and ethics. Marlon, my sales person, was absolutely attentive, kind, and transparent about the entire process! I didn't feel like I was being watched/harassed as I looked at cars and asked questions. Their prices are FAIR - with some of the lowest in the area! I went to the Hyundai on colonial and their dealer fees and markups were thousands more for the same vehicle as I saw at this location. Highly recommend this location if you're in the market for a new car!
