Absolutely horrible customer service. I was confused by the price that was quoted by GoodRX and then told that they didn’t have a contract with them. When I began to try to figure it out Ms. Nalagandla and the other provider became rude and then doubled down that they were not being rude. I can not believe how I was treated.Update: just about 30 minutes after I posted this I contacted good RX who says they do have coupons available for this pharmacy specifically. So now I’m wondering if they are purposely not honoring the goodRX discount in order to charge customers more. They even said to me that this isn’t the first time this is happened so clearly other people have come in because of the supposed relationship/discount they have with goodRX. So either there’s some sort of miscommunication between the two companies or they are hustling clients for more money.

What is a perfect mix, knowledgeable professionals and empathy. One of the best decisions I ever made was to switch my business from a chain pharmacy to Healthy RX Pharmacy. The pharmacist and pharmacist technician has help me manage my medication better in my first year than all the years with the chain pharmacies. They not only made sure my medication is in stock they also watch how much I am paying for it. If they know there is a better price available they made sure I received it. Thank you for your professionalism and the care that you have shown me throughout the years. I highly recommend Healthy RX Pharmacy !!!

Now under new management. Staff is always very friendly, and frequently goes above and beyond their responsibilities to help their customers. Pricing on prescription meds is unbeatable. Only one criticism from me: they need to hire more customer service staff to answer phones and talk to their customers face-to-face, particularly if they want their business to grow.
