Haven is my favorite shop on Park Avenue. They always have something unique, one of a kind.. nothing you can find at another shop. Nancy and Susan spend the time to know you and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend you check Haven out.

This store is my absolute favorite place to shop when I'm in Winter Park! They always have a fantastic selection of clothing, with new styles and trends that keep me coming back. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I find exactly what I need every time. Whether I'm looking for something casual or a bit more upscale, they’ve got it all. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Store is okay, but I called to ask if they were hiring and the lady was condescending and shut me down immediately.
I understand if you aren’t, but being nice isn’t difficult.

My friend went to the store to take advantage of a store credit that was given on a returned item. This is the only way a return can be handled.
When she returned to take advantage of the credit she was told that it had been too long and her credit was no longer available. My friend was upset because it was like they were keeping the item and the money. Nothing was being given.
The sales associate handled it by telling my friend to leave and to never come back to the store again.
My friend asked me to call, because their English is not the best and felt I could communicate better.
When I called I gave my name and asked to speak to Susan the owner of the store. The associate asked where I was calling from and I explained that I was a customer here in Orlando. The associate said she would not answer my question unless I told her where I was calling from. She had my phone number and my name, I could not understand why more information was needed to get a question answered. She said if I would not tell her where I was calling from she would not answer my question and hung up. I called back and the phone was answered but no one said anything and then I was hung up on again.
I called back this time she answered and I asked what her name was and that I would be sending an email to Susan to explain how poorly I felt I had been treated. She would not give me her name and told me I could call back and speak to Susan.
I did finally speak to Susan, she admitted that it was their mistake the credit was available and that my friend could use it as she saw fit.
THIS WAS STILL THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY A REPUTALBE BUSINESS-NO EXISTENCE OF TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Haven is a retail shop located in the quaint Park Ave of Winter Park. It has a collection of uncommon clothing and goods. Very well curated!
Even though I was priced out from many items, I found several unique items that I almost ended up purchasing. Penny pinchers like myself found some items, so this shop may be more approachable than you think. This shop deserves a visit from you during your excursion to the Winter Park area!

This is a really lovely store with an even sweeter owner. It has a very coastal grandmother vibe, that is soft on the eyes and the heart. Would definitely recommend giving it a go if you’re visiting, the vibes are great! Also, the owner is very kind & willing to chat a bit!

I love natural fibers and there is such a good selection of unique stylish quality linen and cotton clothes (some organic too).In addition there is a small selection of unique jewelry, and seasonal shoes/ boots. They also have a great sales rack. What a great boutique!I live in Chicagoland, but come once a year to Florida and do my shopping here. I have also had a very good experience with ordering online from them.. very responsive to my calls and fast shipping. Sue is delightful-and obviously has a good eye for fashion and quality items. She is so resourceful… when a button down dress I wanted opened up a tad at the bodice, she expertly sewed the buttons closed at the seam for me right there at the store in minutes- with wonderful results. My only advice is that if you see something you really want, get it sooner than later because things seem to sell fast there and because the items are unique, they might not be in the store again! I have missed out on several cool tunics that way!

Winter Park has lots to see and do and this shop is my favorite!!that On this visit she had a lot of new items that are Made in the USA! It's refreshing to see more boutiques offering products designed and made in America. I'm willing to pay more for beautiful handcrafted items that help our economy and small business owners as well! This shop will not disappoint!! I'll post a photo of my outfit when I get back to Austin!! The owner helped me with my choice and that's another reason this shop is such a gem. She lets the clothes sell themselves and is happy to help, but not pushy trying to sell more stuff.
