I was so pleased with the fast service I received from Handyman Connection. They were pleasant and out within a couple of hours which helped my dogs not be terrified of the beeping noise from the smoke alarms. Matt was excellent, so knowledgeable, kind, and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend this company!

Used HC a number of times and I'm always impressed by both the skills and professional pride in all the techs I've met. Had Sammie and KC help with a small project last week. I had excellent service from Sammie and KC and was more than impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and quality work. In addition, they are just nice people and were very respectful of my home and work area. All of this at a fair price. I was impressed how quickly Handyman Connection of Winter Park responded to my needs and will definitely use them again.

I live on the first floor in an apartment complex and was having so many issues with my little doggie managing to push the mesh material and getting out of the house. He loves to hunt and so every lizard, squirrel that walked by would cause him to go. I reached out to Handyman connection without much hope, since I had already tried what felt like everything... Bryan was so nice and came up with a quick and easy solution, wood panels! KC and Sammy came in and did an incredible job at setting everything up. The panels were properly installed, they were really nice and caring. Thank you to the Handyman team!

TLDR: Keep to small jobs if anything, don’t do full remodels.
I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy.
The first worker (Max) was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on this project for HC to take my concerns about quality and progress seriously.
Got a new person (Alex) who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on.
Then got hit with a change order- in part for an understandable found issue, but also for herringbone tile style (which I was initially told wouldn't change cost). Then I had to buy more than was on HC's initial list, & had begun to descope them to help offset cost.
I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is basically functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late and still incomplete, my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to.
ORIGINAL ESTIMATE: 6 days of work/1 week of time
ACTUAL: 16 days/1 month of time

Carlos did a great job removing my old dishwasher and installing an electrical outlet in the adjacent cabinet for a new dishwasher install. i highly recommend Carlos for your electrical and plumbing issues around your home!

Carlos patched 2 holes in my wall and ceiling. He was polite and explained the entire process to me. He did a flawless job! My wall looks brand-new. I highly recommend his work for any of your home repairs.
