Not only is Ginny an incredibly kind and caring human being but her orchids are the most beautiful and last for months. I gave my daughter one for Xmas and it lasted until MayFor real!Her staff is amazing too! It starts at the top!

My wife and I have purchased orchids from Ginny occasionally over a number of years. In the past her orchid stems have been long and sweeping with multiple blooms and buds to come. Purchased three orchids in a vase the other day looked very disappointing, three short stems with five blooms each and two buds all for $150. In my opinion the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up, this was store pick up not a delivery either. Have made my last purchase they’re looking for another orchid shop

I was looking to purchase 7 orchids and a friend told me to order from Ginny's because they are beautiful and they have a great reputation in the area. First I went to their website to order but decided to walk into the store so that I could see the size difference of the orchids in person. Unfortunately, my in person visit did not go very well and I walked out of the store without the 7 Orchids that I was going to buy.My interaction in the store went something like this:Me: Hi, I was on your website and I would like to see the different size orchidsHim: How much are you looking to spendMe: What size orchid is that over thereHim: That Orchid costs $50Me: Pointing at a different orchid, what size is that orchid over thereHim: Proceeding to tell me how much the Orchid costMe: Ok, have a good day and walked out of the store without the 7 orchids I went in to buy.** I guess he didn't hear me when I told him that I was on his website prior to coming to the store. I knew how much the Orchids cost; I just wanted to see what a small orchid looked like compared to a large orchid. Nonetheless, I felt as if I was being judged and he assumed that I could not afford to buy Orchids from his store. I do not recommend shopping at this business unless you fit the description of the type of customer they believe can afford their orchids. Btw, I had on a pair of loafers, dark pants, an oxford shirt and a cable knit sweater. Maybe the problem was my brown skin...hmmm

Visited Ginnie's since the gorgeous orchids I received form my birthday finally gave up all their blooms. I wanted some first hand advice from the business that made the gift possible. I will admit everyone can have an off day. Should I elaborate more on this less than motivating experience? Nah, I'll give her another chance because we are all human. She has been at this location way too long to let one "off" frame the total opinion.

I recommended Ginny’s to my daughter as they have beautiful orchids. She told them exactly what she wanted price wise. They added tax and delivery, but she didn’t want to go above the set price. At that point they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They even called my daughter’s father, whom they knew, to ask for the extra fees, which caused a huge problem. Who does that? I’m very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone nor ever buy from them again.
