They told me I had a leak and needed an expensive repair. I didn't have the money so I decided to do a coolant refill, which they said would last for a bit but would need to get it done again if I did not do the more expensive plan. The AC blew cool for two more years. not sure if I got lucky, they misdiagnosed, or were being shady. Either way, glad that I didn't spring for the pricey repair.

I went to Frosty's on very short notice. The guys got me in quick and diagnosed quickly and gave me the info asap. They were very professional and very reasonably price for work.

Other shops could not fix my air conditioner. Rob at Frosty diagnosed the problem and throughout the repair process he kept me informed and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, and fixed my AC. I am now riding in comfort.

Bad experience. Was hoping to find a trustworthy mechanic but this place is not it. AC was running hot. Brought it in on the summer special. All good and dandy so far. They told me I had a small leak and $300 will fix it. Got it done 2 days later and not even 5 minutes into the drive home it went hot. Immediately called back and they wondered how it lost so fast and told me to bring it back in. This time they said it was the evaporator and would cost about $1500… why was it not found the first time? With the leak so bad how was it missed and found so quickly the second time? Was it not even checked? I have a feeling the initial fix was just a guess and didn’t even need replacement. I am now leaving with hot AC in the middle of summer.Another thing is they do the whole “car health” check when they fix up your car. My first one came back good and that’s when I paid my initial fee to fix my AC. When I returned it and they had to look at it for free, the report came back red and with many more problems. All in a span of 2 days. Really sketchy and I feel as though they just took $300 from me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Services: A/c installation & repair

Avoid this place with its new owner at all cost. I got a written $3500 quote for work that did not need to be done on my vehicle. They either don't know what they are doing or are purposely ripping customers off. Either way I hope the BBB knocks your rating down again. Do your own homework. Take you car here and then to another shop. You'll see what they say.
