We have been using this meal service for a while now. Food is actually pretty descent. The main reason for my 1 star review is the poor service over the past month. 3 out of the last 4 weeks our meals have not been delivered. Even trough the money has been refunded, we count on this meal service in order to maintain a healthier lifestyle not having much time to cook. This meant that we had to scramble for the past few weeks to figure out meals including grocery shopping. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this meal service.

I decided to look for a meal prep company for healthy convenient meals. I’d heard about Fitlife foods from some friends and decided to check then out. I went to the Winter Park location and was helped out by Paige. She went through the menu with me and helped me create a meal plan suitable for my lifestyle as an athlete. She was super nice, professional and very helpful! There’s a good variety of meals, breakfast and lunch/dinner, in varied sizes. There’s also vegetarian, gluten-free and high-protein options. I tried several and have not been disappointed yet. All the ingredients and macros are listed on the label which has been very helpful to me. Meals are fresh not frozen and take around 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. I loved the buffalo chicken melt and the Mediterranean turkey meatballs. All in all great service, great meals which are healthy and convenient. I highly recommend and will continue to use moving forward!

This place is the best meal prep company I’ve had! Tiana works with you to develop a weekly meal plan based on your goals. The meals are fantastic and I can put them right into MyFitnessPal for easy tracking. I 100% recommend.

Fitlife Foods is amazing! Their staff is so knowledgeable about the products they offer and their menu is AWESOME! I've enjoyed several of the meals I've tried in all categories of the day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. I sat down with Tiana and she helped me a create a meal plan/regimen that was ideal for my job and training schedule. She was super personable and caring, helping me to meet my goals! Do not skip this place if you are looking for convenient, macro friendly, delicious meals.

Fitlife Foods is awesome! I've enjoyed every meal I've had, they're extremely convenient and macro friendly. Paige helped me create a meal plan and picked meals suitable for my lifestyle/ training regimen. She was happy to help me and her customer service was great. I went to the Winter Park location which was nice, clean and easy to look through and pick out meals. I know there's a Dr. Phillips location as well. All in all great meals and great service. I highly recommend and will definitely continue to use moving forward!

I purchased food at Fitlife for a few years. Unfortunately, I kept finding weird things in the meals. In multiple BBQ beef meals, I found big cartilage/bone chunks. I found a piece of a wooden stick in another one. The team is great about swapping them out, but had to switch meal prep providers due to the low quality control of these meals. When I reached out, the team had mentioned they switched providers of their meats, which may have led to lower quality food from trying to cut costs. Hoping others have better experiences and the Fitlife team ups their game in terms of food quality!

Fit life foods is good for macro counting. However, if you look at the ingredients on the back they are not clean and are not healthy. They use seed oils in their food. Seed oils are toxic and are at least partially responsible for heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. Please don’t claim to be healthy and fit when the ingredients you use to cook are the opposite of that!
