When dealing with real estate, it's no secret...I am incredibly picky, and you should be too! I have dealt with many unprofessional real estate people. It's so frustrating, they will waste your time and confuse the process. I promise, you will not be disappointed with Andrea or the First Florida Lending team. I am so happy to have found Andrea during my last home buying process! Andrea was able to help me purchase an exclusive home in a highly sought-after neighborhood. She helped ease all the stressful moments during the process and was able to negotiate several concessions/credits on my behalf. She handled everything, including HOA increases and had the foresight to avoid another potential closing delay that could have happened due to a hurricane. Then when the seller caused some unexpected events that could have easily delayed the closing, Andrea made herself available every time I needed her.
