I have been going here for years, and the staff and products are great. I'm looking forward to visit soon for 4 tires. Thank you.

I hate saying this because I look for the best in things but unfortunately I will not return to this Firestone. I am now 8 hours waiting for a tire change and alignment and unfortunately this is nothing new for this shop. I don’t know if this is due to poor scheduling or lack of care by the technicians but a tire change with tires already in the shop should not take this long.I had a previous experience with brakes here and it was completely unsatisfactory. They used two different methods to resurface my rotors and jacked them up. I saw with my own eyes the technicians seemingly not caring about time at all.Everyone here talks calmly and makes you feel like everything is ok but you wait for 8 hours for a job to be done. I will not be returning.

Went there for a tire balance. They called me saying that becuase I used tire patch liquid they could not balance the tire and it was dangerous to use so they cannot put it back together and I needed a new tire. Ofcourse I knew this was a lie and did not fall for it and ask them to leave it as is.Just for fun, I asked why they couldn't and the kid said that they tried balancing it 5 different times and the "liquid was moving inside" LOL liquid was dry for months. So I asked more info just to see how much they lie to have some more fun. then the guy wearing long sleves not even a bit of dirt said "I tried balancing it myself 5 times too". While he was lying to me I was just seeing the coworkers reaction.and the other thing that does not really matter, they took 4+ hours to do it.since that day I did 2 trips to tampa, 2 to disney and still no issues. tires balaced perfectly. It sucks that if you don't know much you would fall for it and they will sell you a new tire when you don't need one.

Came in despite the bad reviews. I only needed an oil change. I walked in, both employees, one Hispanic and the other causcasian, looked at me and didn't even bother saying hello. As a new customer (to that specific store) I would expect better. I walked out when one of the gentlemen preceded to answer a call despite me standing there with zero acknowledgement. How good can the service get if this is them at the front door? No thanks.

Awesome and reliable company. Great and knowledgeable customer service. Ray Hernandez is the go to! He will give you great recommendations and will not shy around on what needs to get done. I would say 5 stars for sure. Dropped car off with unexpected issues and it was resolved before end of closing day.

If you're on the hunt for reliable and upfront service, I would suggest broadening your search. The manager, with Spanish roots, seems to have a knack for not being entirely transparent with clients. It's with reluctance that I turned to their services again, not because I hold them in high regard — to be frank, their quality is lacking — but merely due to the convenience of their location. My history with them involves two instances of unsatisfactory service. In one situation, my 2012 Sonata was mishandled, stemming from his oversight to change the oil, even though I was more than willing to cover the cost. It becomes apparent that he might be missing some essential managerial skills, especially when it comes to preserving customer confidence.Today provided yet another glimpse into their less-than-stellar service. There's a recurring theme of unprofessional behavior, paired with a misplaced sense of pride.I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity for a mere tire change. When the job is reportedly done, expect some unexpected hold-ups. And if you seek understanding, he appears bewildered, shifting quickly to defensiveness. It was quite unsettling when he suggested I depart just for asking about the holdup.I earnestly hope that those at the helm of this establishment take this feedback seriously. Future clients deserve better, and a reevaluation of this manager's position might be in order.

After hearing about my husband's recent experience at the establishment on 7727 University Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32792, I am beyond livid and compelled to share our collective dismay. I had thought that businesses like yours would prioritize customer service, especially given the reputation that precedes you. However, what transpired was a reprehensible mockery of what decent service should be.The manager there, distinguished by his Spanish speech, is the embodiment of unprofessionalism. To say he lacked tact and integrity would be an understatement. The sheer audacity with which he conducts himself has not only painted this branch in the worst possible light but also raises grave concerns about the principles guiding your entire enterprise. It's not about the inconvenience. It's about the fundamental breach of trust, the outright disdain for customers, and a staggering level of ineptitude that, frankly, I've never seen before. It's mind-boggling that such a person helms a managerial position. Does competence no longer matter?Businesses ought to earn respect and trust, but your establishment, under the watch of this manager, squanders both. Customers deserve better. They deserve respect, honesty, and service that doesn't insult their intelligence or waste their time. One can only hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call, for the sake of both future customers and the integrity of your brand.

If you're searching for a service that's both honest and efficient, I'd urge you to look far from this place. The manager, who claims Spanish heritage, is a masterclass in evasiveness and opacity. It baffles me that I resorted to using their services again — not out of any misplaced loyalty, believe me. Their standards are notably poor. But their location was the sole factor driving my decision.Twice now, I've been left exasperated by their shoddy service.Once, my 2012 Sonata faced issues, directly due to his sheer negligence to perform a basic oil change, even though I had my wallet out and ready. His consistent ineptitude paints a clear picture of a manager ill-equipped for the role, with an unsettling ability to erode any semblance of trust from customers.Today's fiasco added salt to the wound. The glaring unprofessionalism was evident once more, coupled with a baseless arrogance that's hard to stomach.Hours of my day were lost, waiting on a simple tire change. When it's "finished," you're met with inexplicable delays. And should you dare ask for clarity? He cloaks himself in feigned confusion, swiftly turning to an unwarranted defensiveness. The audacity hit its peak when he implied I should leave for merely seeking answers. It's beyond high time the owners of this establishment step in. This is no way to run a reputable business. A serious rethink about this manager's position seems more than justifiable.

If you're aiming to receive proficient and honest service, you might want to steer clear of this establishment, especially when dealing with the manager who frequently speaks in Spanish. His incompetence isn't just a fleeting observation—it's a distressingly consistent reality.I still can't fathom why I subjected myself to their services yet again, primarily driven by the misfortune of proximity. Their standards are underwhelming at best, but the real issue lies with this manager. On multiple occasions, my encounters with him have left me deeply frustrated. Once, due to his blatant oversight, my 2012 Sonata suffered, all because he couldn't manage a routine oil change, despite my readiness to pay on the spot. It's evident that his capabilities are severely lacking, making one question how he's retained a managerial position.Today's experience reaffirmed my views. This manager's evident ineptitude, coupled with a misplaced arrogance, was on full display. I wasted precious hours awaiting a basic tire change. Post-service, you're inevitably met with unnecessary delays and if you seek any clarification, he adopts an attitude of bewildering confusion, quickly transitioning to defensiveness. The climax of today's disappointment was his insinuation that I should exit for merely requesting accountability.I genuinely hope the higher-ups of this establishment are taking note. They have a glaring problem in the form of this Spanish-speaking manager. The business's reputation hangs in the balance, and a decisive action regarding his role is not just a suggestion, but an imperative.

If you're in pursuit of professional and straightforward service, I'd suggest you think twice before approaching this particular establishment, especially when the Spanish-speaking manager is at the helm. His lack of competence is not an occasional misstep—it's alarmingly recurrent.I'm still puzzled as to why I returned to their services, possibly driven by the mere convenience of their location. Their operational standards leave much to be desired, but the primary concern remains the Spanish-speaking manager.Time and again, my interactions with him have been sources of major frustration. For instance, a simple task like changing the oil for my 2012 Sonata became a fiasco under his watch, even when I was set to pay immediately. His shortcomings in management are not just visible but palpably detrimental.Today only cemented my concerns. The manager's undeniable inefficiency, paired with a brazen self-assuredness, overshadowed the entire experience. Hours slipped away over a straightforward tire replacement. When you anticipate a completion, there's invariably a delay, and questioning him only invites a mix of feigned surprise and unwarranted defensiveness. The peak of today's ordeal was his audacious hint that I should vacate the premises for merely expecting transparency. It's my fervent hope that the decision-makers of this business recognize the glaring issue. Their Spanish-speaking manager is a significant liability. Immediate reassessment of his position seems not only wise but utterly essential.

I took my car in today for a repair of a simple nail in the middle of the tire. I was called later and told that there was side wall damage and that I needed a new tire for $220. I called my fiancé, because admittedly I do not know much about cars. He called them back and asked how the side wall was damaged when the nail was in the middle of the tire and the tire pressure never dropped below 20. The employee immediately changed the story and said that my car was actually ready and already repaired without needing a replacement. Incredibly sketchy and unprofessional. Will never go here again.

More expensive, less service. Made an appointment for oil change, asked to ensure it would be a full service oil change. Asked upfront for all fluids to be checked. Received a call to upsell me to a new SPARE tire, wipers and a break service. I politely declined and asked to ensure the car fluids were topped off. Upon picking up the vehicle I found that I had to request for a tire rotation included in the $130 oil change. Waited another 30 minutes for it to be done. Got in my vehicle and my break fluids light was on and no windshield wiper fluid. I was also deceived at one point when asking about the tire rotation and told it would be a separate charge. Shame on their deceit and lack of service. After 12 years I will never go back.

Please, do not take your cars here unless you actually enjoy having your time wasted consistently. Took my car there today at 8am (an appointment which I scheduled yesterday at the time of writing this) for a tie rod replacement as I needed this done asap. The guy told me I would have it back by 2 only to never give me a call for an update on the service or even a quote. I called at 12, he said they hadn’t worked on it but would be done in an hour. I came at 4pm and they hadn’t even looked at the car. This isn’t my first “we haven’t even looked at your car” with this Firestone. As the last time I dropped my car off on an appointment, it was there for over 48 hours and they never worked on it because they were putting an engine in a car. Why hold my car for days on end just to never even touch it? No compensation, no offer to make it right, nothing. The only good thing about this Firestone is Khalil. Good guy that actually cares about the job getting done with good customer service. There’s another old guy that I always see up front & whenever he’s there my problem never gets solved or the car gets fixed & i’m not told how much it would be until I show up (no call or anything just “yeah the cars been sitting here”.What a joke.

Keep away of the Firestone at University Blvd and Goldenrod. I can't give zero because one is the lowest rate I can give. These guys charged me $1640 to replace the Compressor because they said that was the part that was broken. After making the change they called me again just to ask for $1100 more because the AC does not work due to the evaporator. If I decide not to add the cost of the evaporator, the AC will not work properly. If I decide not to change any of those parts I have to pay 600 USD for the labor to put on/take off the Compressor. In the end, I have to pay 650 USD just to leave with the AC in the same state, broken!Service: Air conditioning
