Vet tech was weirdly afraid of our dog and couldn’t clip her nails lol. Felt bad for the poor guy but still annoying that we drove there and they couldn’t handle the most basic of services for a vet. Nice enough folks just a little inexperienced maybe. Don’t like leaving negative reviews but feel the truth is important.

Have used this animal hospital for more than 20 years. Could not ask for better care. Recently had to put my cat to sleep and the Dr and staff couldn't have been more caring.

I’ve been taking my three pups to Fairbanks Animal Hospital since three years and I can say that Dr. Kiene and his staff are amazing! Dr. Kiene himself is attentive, listening and calm. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies and the rest of the team are super friendly too! The prices are fair in my opinion. You can call and email them with any questions and they respond pretty fast. Thank you Dr. Kiene and Team for all you do!

Horrible experience with this vet and front desk. They are rude and condescending. The vet does not have the best interest of your pet in their mind. They care about going home on time and making money.

Website says office open until 10pm got there and the sign on door says we are closed except emergency services. Fix your website cuz I literally wasted gas traveling out there for nothing

I Love this place, and so do my Maltipoo's! The Doctor is top notch and knowledgeable, and the office girls are always helpful! And they are very forgiving if you accidentally come late or forget! I really recommend this place! Prices are fair and in accordance with other Veterinary Clinics!

I have been going to Fairbanks Animal Hospital for 18 years. From the front desk to the vet techs, to the docs, everyone is so kind and professional. I have had at least ten pets over the years, and they have all had the best of care. My pets and I have always been taken care of by this veterinary group. They are special people. Mary A Jones
