This is an awesome place for all your car needs. Their professionalism, knowledge of vehicles is unmatched to many other places I’ve been to. There prices are very reasonable, the waiting area is immaculate and welcoming. I am confident that I am getting great service. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jorge, Bobby and Larry whom are all very friendly.

Service here is Excellent. They are all professionals, knowledgeable friendly and above all honest. Took my car to a shop it was insane how much the estimate was; came here price was affordable and they honestly told me my car didn’t need all the other alleged repairs the prior shop told me. I have been to many shops/mechanics over the years throughout central Fla. and worked in the car industry. This shop beats them all! They are honest, courteous, professional and very nice. Man or woman it doesn’t matter they treat everyone the same. HONESTY is so important, their prices and quality of service can’t be beat! The manager Blake , Jorge and Jonathan are amazing , they actually listen and help you. They answered all my questions and concerns in detail. I highly recommend visiting this shop for your next vehicle service, keep up the great work guys!

Best auto shop I've ever been in! Very friendly staff and a comfy lobby. Blake helped me through the whole process. My total was over $2400, and he introduced me to Snap financing which allows me to pay that total off monthly which saves someone with a low income like me. He was super friendly and helped me when I needed him. This is probably the best mechanic in Winter Park.Services: Auto brake repair

I've used these guys twice in the past month. The first time I was near their shop playing pool league on a Saturday, 40 minutes from home, when my water pump siezed up and took out a belt. I lost power steering and brakes on a Dodge Ram 2500. It was 1:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday where they closed at 4:00. They stayed open until after 5:00 and fixed my truck. I was impressed. The next time, I needed an alternator replaced. I had my truck towed from 40 minutes away to their shop when I had many shops much closer to me. Why? Because with this outfit there is no mission creep. You don't go in requesting a particular service only to end up with a laundry list of what you also need like all the other crooks do. They just do their job for a reasonable price, and do it well. Unless something changes, I'm going to only use them.

Amazing experience. I just bought a used car and it needed a few fuses so I had a family member take it in for me when I was at work. My mom dealt with Blake and raved about how nice he was. The service was incredibly fast and he didn't even charge us anything for the fuses or the service. I would definitely take my car back in the future.Service: Electrical

Blake and the staff are amazing. They provide prompt service. I brought my car in yesterday to replace the tag light. I was asked to bring the car back at 8 am. When I arrived at 8 am. They were ready and I was out in 30 minutes. Thank you Blake and staff.

I stumbled upon this place because AAA sent me there to them to get the battery re charged. I also had them check my alternator. Come to find out both my battery and alternator needed replacement. My battery was under warranty from AAA and I got a 10 percent discount off the alternator work. Fair prices for that. So from beginning to end I was treated very well. Shout out to the mechanic and Blake. Very professional and friendly. I’ll use them again even though it’s a bit of a drive for me. They are worth it.Service: Electrical

**Update they are correcting the issue I have had. I will update as we goWhen I got my oil changed I told them multiple times that there is a certain way to lift my car. They assured me each time that they knew how to do it and would make sure that they did not damage my car. Not only did they damage my car but they also misdiagnosed an oil leak stating that to fix it would cost over$1,000. However I took it to my mechanic and the leak was something completely different. They have a very pretty shop and very nice people but they do not know what they are doing.

I found them on recommendation from a friend and I am so thankful!! I've used the Winter Park location a few times. They are the most friendly and professional staff I have ever met in the 27 years I've had a car. They are prompt, efficient, and the prices are the best anywhere for the work they perform. My only regret is that I didn't start doing business with them sooner! Also, as a woman the environment is very welcoming and the staff is incredibly respectful.Services: Electrical

The Service today was excellent and quick as ever. The waiting room is really nice to wait till your car repairs are done and they are nice enough to let you stay awhile. They also give you a nice option to drop off your car while you got groceries shopping with your partner or go home while the repairs are being done. The mechanics done a fantastic job and Blake is an excellent manager doing his very best to make sure everything is organized and services are being met. Will return sooner for more needed repairs.
