I purchased a 2017 mini cooper clubman from Imad at Elite. I live in massachussetts so I was a little worried at first since I couldn't drive there to see the car first. I took a chance and trusted him. the car came to me as expected. he also helped me thru the financing process which went well. I really recommend Imad to everyone. overall I was happy. transporting the car to me was affordable. car came with 1 key, no floor mats and a little ding on 1 door but car is 3 years so minor things. a good place to buy a car. I recommend them to everyone.

My wife was searching for the perfect mini cooper, thanks to Emad at elite we are now proud owners of this wonderful little car, by the way I cannot express how perfect the condition of the mini is, better than new. No pressure, just a pleasure to do business with.

I am not sure about how "Elite" their service is,my close friend had to suffer because of their unprofessional and unethical way of dealing with their clients,just beware of dealing with this "Elite" collection of people.

Corrupt like every dealership out there. I was purchasing a car from JAVIER we went through all the hoops, we even applied with the dealers lender and received an 11% rate ( my credit score is 805 ) so we decided will get a loan from our local credit union. He told my fiance on the phone that he would hold the car ( thursday ) Friday we got pre approved for 5% loan, we were supposed to finalize the work monday morning. Dealer calls me today saying they sold the car and states the reason was we took too long. Meanwhile they were not there over the weekend nor could i have gotten the paperwork done. So basicly the dealer sold the car i was getting my loan for and said it took too long. Did not know 2-Business days was long and he would only accept 2k Non refundable deposit which we werent going to do since the car was over 100k miles and i wasnt sure if we would get approved.

Really bad customer service. We've been trying to get a hold of them after talking about the details of the car that we're planning to get and my partner almost settled the DP!! Good thing we did not or else we could've been scammed and it will cost us a huge amount of money!

My experience was absolutely horrifyingly terrible . I do NOT suggest this dealership. They will screw you over with no morals or cares in the world given. Javier was extremely hard to reach, and When I was applying to get a loan which I got APPROVED for and was about to put down payment , he sold the car to someone else anyways and wouldn’t answer me or even call me to tell me that he sold the car to someone else. So I had to find out on Monday when the car website said no longer available, now my credit is ruined from the inquiry and They sold it within 1 business day of us getting ready to make arrangements l. They don’t even answer their business phone. At all. Plus extremely rude . Do not do business with them unless you have the cash right then and there because they will do a slimy sneaky, betraying, thing to you.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN YEARS OF BUYING CAR!JAVIER showed me car but was dishonest and was very pushy. The worst thing is he lied about car not having a car accident even though when i purchased Carfax it clearly had two. Then he tried to say he did not know that but when i asked he confidently said no accident. Rip off place. If I were you look somewhere else. Save your time and most importantly your MONEY!

Questionable customer service and shady sales practices, they will promise you everything when they know you want to buy. After you jump through hoops to get the car you want, they will sell it to someone else they thought had more money. Don't waste your time here.
