on 03/05/2023. waiting in line clerk informed me light was off and she was closed after I went to another line man in back of me went to same clerk and not only waited on him but several customers behind him. in short we take Latinos first. should put sign up no Dogs or Blacks allowed.one lady kissie makes sure to greet white and Latinos good morning, but turns her head to way on Blacks

I received balloons filled with helium from this store in early May and they looked great for well over 5 weeks! It is incredible, such a good deal for the price. Staff are very pleasant and helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.

0 stars I went in earlier today and the young lady at the register Hispanic girl with black long wavy hair got upset and sucked her teeth when she saw we got on line then looks at me like she was disgusted she also reeked of marijuana she was high on the job doesn’t bag all my items and doesn’t say a word I believe if you don’t enjoy your job you shouldn’t work there absolutely disappointed she needs to be reprimanded or what would be better is to replace her she clearly doesn’t value her position I had another instance where I came in and she was holding up the line while on break to flirt with one of the male cashiers that was on shift that day

Not well stocked..I have never been in one of these stores that has every been well stocked ,one cashier, lines go on forever. The store has product all over the floor, don't check expiration dates or clean their shelves. Corp does not give these stores enough hrs to have the right amount of employees , more employees the more stock gets out for happy customers and happy employees.

Good prices and services in a good area. They also stay open later than 8 PM now! Staying open after sundown makes a big difference and is extremely convenient for me!

This is one of the worst dollar Tree locations in the orlando. I have been going here for 7 years. Every single time they have one cashier working. they will have a line of 10 people and no staff will help. I just left there and there was a young spanish girl working. She didn't say a word to me and handed me my receipt when i left. No word. I wish corporate managers would rectify how this store is ran.

The staff here are horrible. The place is always filthy, and the carts are always sticky, so I brought my own bag with me this time. And Two of the employees follow me around, and they didn’t know that I’m Able to speak Spanish, and I heard them say I bet this “white fat assis trying to steal”. I love Dollar tree and I’ve been a long time customer cause I love all the weird trinkets. But I will never go again. Plus, the store is truly disgustingly filthy. I’m surprised they can stay open.

It's pretty obvious that since they went to the "dollar '$1.25' tree", that not only did they raise their prices, but they really dropped some decent products and a lot of "shrinkflation" on existing products. So, Dollar Tree overall offers very little value anymore as most of things worth getting there are either gone or you get far less now. This particular Dollar Tree isn't very well stocked and not a great plaza either. You can find many things FAR cheaper at Walmart or Dollar General etc now.

I don't understand why employers are allowed to be on the cell phone with personal calls or any call, while working.When they are ringing up my items I feel I deserve their full attention. Hello, thank you would be nice. After all the costumers are paying their salaries, not the person on the call. Less on the cell would help keeping the store more organized I agree with the other review.

Usually a favorite place to shop until tonight. Store was extremely messy, understaffed and horrible service. The guy at register was irate when he checked the “no receipt” box on screen and then tells me the receipt didn’t want to come out. I asked him, what do you mean, it doesn’t want to come out? He starts waving his hands in the air, exclaiming how today was not a good day.At this point, a line was starting to get long and he was starting to get overwhelmed… He made me do the transaction again even after I told him on my side it said “approved”. He calls for another lady, which a customer had to go outside and get her. Once she comes in, she’s speaking miles a minute, asks me what happen, when I begin to tell her, she cuts me off and starts asking him what happened. My concern was not getting re-charged, and the cashier’s concern was trying to covers his errors with me by stating o wanted a receipt. Horrible customer service, will definitely not shop there again. In order to be a great supervisor, one must learn the act of “active listening”. Can the staff get training in how to be more proactive with consumers. Otherwise this particular location is going to lose lots of business. This happened approximately at 1945 hours.
