I was in about 26 days a go and my my screen unfortunately stopped working in one spot they fixed it for free because I was in the 30 dayAnd only took like 10 minutesThis is my 3 rd time going to them because I brake my phone a lot and everytime it’s only like a 15 minute fix Time I would recommend them to any of my friends

Excellent customer service! My girlfriend's daughter's cell phone had a charger stuck in it. We went in and the guy at the counter was very nice. He took the phone in the back and fixed it in 5 minutes.

Nelson and Joetta were so helpful I called the store and explained I was at my wits end and having problems connecting my new printer to my laptop that Both devices I purchased from somewhere else They told me that I could come in and they would look at it and agreed to help the best they could. Free of charge. They went to work right away and were so understanding, courteous and helpful They really were knowledgeable and if they didn't know something they took the time to research They were also able to help me solve the tech problem while guiding me and giving me valuable pointers I will definitely come back to buy my next computer although my computer works fine it's not very printer friendly I discovered Still they helped me to understand what is the best routes to achieve printing Thank you for the tips and tricks and for the all the help Happy Holidays
