Pharmacy employees in customer service have 0 and this is all the time. They never want to answer the slightest question. I don't understand why they choose this type of job if you don't want to do your job.

Bruce, I’d like to say this place was not always good. There’s a lot of good people there like the pharmacist Joseph is my favorite and he always make sure I have everything. However there have been times for people weren’t so nice and the fact that my car got backed into when I wasn’t even there but recently I encountered a new manager for right now for the replacement of Bjorn. I like Thomas way better than I like Bjorn. He gets the job done. He gets my approval.

This is my go to CVS 7496 University and I’ve never had a problem here until yesterday with Chastity or Chasity (name on receipt) at the drive-thru pharmacy on 5/15/24 around 10am. I went to pick up my child’s allergy medicine and asked if the pharmacist was able to grab me a thing of Miralax for him. We had spent all night at the hospital for a viral sickness, otherwise I would’ve went inside. Other pharmacists have grabbed an item for me no problem, but cause I didn’t know what size right away while looking through his paperwork, I got a: “If you don’t know what size you need then I’m not gonna sit here and shop around for you.” Sending her frustrations, I told her I never had a problem with this before, that I only needed 1 item not a shopping list of things, can you bring over the sizes you have please? She comes back and slams the biggest bottle of it on the counter and says “I can only do this favor for you once since your son is sick, but my supervisor says this is not allowed.” Which it is. She didn’t ask for my # so I couldn’t use my $10 cvs credit.

Pharmacist told me that my script was out of stock. They said they were going to order it for me and texted me when ready, like normal. But get this! Then they refused to give it to me because they don’t take my insurance and it should’ve never been filled in the first place since it’s a rule you can’t pay out of pocket for controlled meds. I guess the pharmacist didn’t know this either because she filled it!!!! It’s upsetting because if they don’t know the policy, how are they going to inform their patients of it? I’m switching pharmacies. I hope this helps someone not to go waste your time at this location.

Just spoke on the phone with the “Pharmacist” and probably top 10 most disrespectful, unprofessional, piece of garbage human alive. But other than that, I love CVS.

I stopped by the drive through pharmacy right before closing for important medications and the pharmacist told me they could not help me because the computers automatically shut down at 6pm. That is absurd, there is no way CVS can mandate the computers to shut down right at 6pm, what if someone was in the middle of a transaction prior? What if someone gets delayed help? RIDICULOUS. Switching pharmacies.

Worst experience ever. I work in an emergency department. I called to help my patient with a medication. Pharmacy lied to me told me they couldn’t fill it. Then wouldn’t tell me where I could send the prescription to get it filled. Put me on hold for over 20 minutes. Then said they could fill the prescription but they needed to know why. My doctor sent the prescription for the patient. That’s their job to fill it. My poor patient was waiting in the lobby uncomfortable, in pain for over 20 minutes. I told the patient please go to another pharmacy.

I give this pharmacy a negative star... twice the missed handle my prescriptions first I had the flu the urgent care sent my prescription at 6pm when I went to pick it up right before 7pm they told me it was sent to a 24hrs when I asked which location he had no idea and would not bother to check where my pres went. When I finally found out which cvs (on my own)they told me that the pres was never forward to them ...I had to wait till next day and go and pick it up... now second I need my metformin and it was filled 25 hrs later their excuse is that they're out and had to wait for more...they never bother to call me so that I can have another pharmacy fill my presp...worst care ever. I will be taking my business to another pharmacy I don't know if it is under anew management but the service got extremely bad

They never have 2 of the 3 monthly meds I take. Also, they don’t seem to have enough staff so any issues end up causing huge time delays. And there are always issues.

I don't know the male's name that was there but had him on the phone 3wayed with medicaid humana on the phone n he was sooo rude medicaid put in a complaint on him n there pharmacy at that store and in retaliation he let my sons Pediatrics office manager know that my business is not wanted there n not to send any prescriptions to be filled there and this is during while we're having a nationwide shortage on Vyvanse and I cannot believe he's so immature and their office at CVS is so immature then I was never rude to them but they're doing this retaliatory act during a shortage to my son to my sons who both need this medication I am absolutely appalled and so disappointed at the unprofessionalism and the retaliatory actions believe me you will never get any of my business ever again and really I cannot believe that this is how you and this is how you handle a problem you have you don't call the office manager didn't call the pharmacist in call to see what the problem was before Banning me basically and not even Banning me Banning my sons from getting their medication and I wasn't even rude the Medicaid lady the Medicaid lady was the one that put in the complained because she's like I cannot believe he talked to you that way and treat you that way over the phone so I even have witnesses

How is it that you call the pharmacy and ur put on a silent hold automatically and you wait their for them to then hang up on you? People come here because either you need the medication because you’re sick or you have an illness and you need to pick up your maintenance meds! We do not come here for the hell of it it’s because we don’t have a choice! The way that you’re treated is uncalled for and if you don’t like your job find a different field to work in ! It is so disappointing and to know some of us don’t have a choice to go else where is so disappointing! Lack of Carelessness, rude, customer service, sympathy, understanding, work ethic is mind blowing!
