Huge, open space. Good quality equipment and plenty of it. Friendly, accessible, and competent coaches. My first visit and I'm already hooked!

Me and my wife have been coming here for one year or so and the staff is friendly and treat you like family. It's such a healthy non egotistical place. However everyone works hard on themselves, and the results are amazing!!! (Less tired, lost a good amount of weight)
