Terrible!!!! Sitting there in so much pain! I had to return twice. Took 4 hours to get my meds ready!

Just left Walgreens after the manager spent at least 15 minutes checking each item I received and coupon codes are actually applicable and correct. But he couldn't enter the coupon code correctly so he said he has to void the transaction and re ring them in (mind you this would be the 3rd time, but okay) then he said I would need to wait for him to go help another customer and come back .... Really? I was first in the line waited for you to come and help but since you didn't ring up the items properly, I would need to wait for you yo help other people and come back? Reason... he said they are short staffed. This is amazing customer service and helpful staff. Really knowledgeable. Not to talk about how the drive through pharmacy randomly closed because of short staff. Maybe hire more people? Will not be coming to this Walgreens ay time soon. So frustrated

Every time I call to refill a Rx the woman on the phone is rude. It's really off putting when it happens consistently.

December 17th 2023 5:20 a.m. I arrived at the store for a doordash order. I asked for assistance from the older heavy set African-American woman at the counter and she was absolutely the rudest person with no help at all. I advise anybody do not come to this store ever

What can say, when they say this is the happiest place on earth, boy do they mean it. From the moment I saw this Walgreens, I knew this was the place I was meant to buy my foot cream. Thank you Walgreens for your expertise in helping me choose the right one. Beautiful trees by the way

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot for 7:30pm on a Monday. Who knew it would take so long for a simple flu shot? The pharmacy was really busy when I got here a little before 7:30. It finally died down a little after 8pm, but I didn't get called back to get my flu shot until 8:10pm:. Sheesh! That was way too long to wait for a flu shot. On thing I did want to mention is that they have a bin where you can get rid of old prescriptions and OTC medications. The only problem is that there are different markings on the bin which are contradictory. One sign says they accept inhalers, buy the other sign says they don't accept inhalers. I threw some expired inhalers in there - hope it's ok.

Chronically understaffed. Picking up a prescription is a ridiculous time consuming endeavor. No wonder they're losing their business to the mail order pharmacies.

Got a passport photo taken here and it was rejected because their "expert" didn't crop it right. My family's entire trip is at risk over it and it will cost us hundreds of dollars and hours of work. When I called in for a refund they didn't seem that bothered and left me hanging on hold and never came back.

I will not be using this pharmacy again. The pharmacy staff is unhelpful and curt to the point of rudeness. I do not get timely information when they are out of stock of a prescription that my doctor orders. I am not informed of how to use devices that are prescribed.

When CVS had NO desire to help us get a Covid test last minute when we had to take family emergency flight out, this pharmacist and this Walgreens completely pulled out all the stops to make it happen including asking fed ex to wait to pick up so it got out. So appreciative and it's now Walgreens for life for me!!

This particular Walgreens location is on the corner of Aloma Avenue and North Lakemont Abenue. I will start this off by saying that it is not the easiest location to get in and out of. It is a decent size and the service is friendly enough. All in all, I will give it four stars.

This was the worst. Always a little slow in drive thru but, 20 minutes we waited with several cars behind us for one customer who didn't have their act together. Never again! Tech at window was rude when we asked what the hold up was. They should have made that client go around instead of making everyone one else wait! Horrible service!!!

When I moved, I switched to this pharmacy and they have been fantastic. Several times during covid they have brought sodas and photos to the pharmacy so I could buy those items without going in to the store when I picked up my prescriptions in the drive through. Just really wonderful, kind customer service.

The pharmist at this location are not helpful if it is insurance that is the problem with the prescription they will not tell you they will let you make 6 phone calls back and forth with the Dr till you find out it's Walgreens that needs to do their job. In the past 3 days not only have I been treated rudely by the same pharmacist but also my husband was treated rudely as well. Dear Walgreens hire compassionate pharmacist that want to help you when a problem arises not stand in the way. The male pharmacist and technician working in January 24 at 8:42pm at Lakemont and Aloma should not be in this line of work.
