love coming here every week for a hot dog & shopping date with my mom..the employees are always so quick, efficient and friendly. but the last couple times a guy named Jared has been working and the experience is MISERABLE. they usually get you in and out but if this guys working, everyone's is standing around waiting forever, you get the wrong order, he's yelling at other employees AND customers and is just overall the worst. today he snapped at a sweet older man who just silently walked away with his pizza and it made me mad enough that it's finally time to call this awful man out

I've only ever came here to shop for others (instacart).....weird to say since I got a free membership from Uber This location is nice, clean and has a big parking lot! I've never seen them be out of stock of anything besides water during hurricane season. The best times to go are on Tuesday and Wednesday; the worst are the weekend...Sunday and Monday especially. The lines are always extremely long and people will be in your way. No one will say excuse me and will literally just stand in the middle of the aisle The veggies can sometimes be a hit or miss on being fresh btw. I took a star away because it's sometimes hard to find help! I'll usually have to ask an employee who's working the clothes area. The meat department employees are wishy-washy, some are very help but others will treat you stupid. My favorite is the employee who workers the veggie area! He's super sweet and seems to remember me since I shop so often The cashiers are also sweet but can be slow but understandable when a customer has almost the whole store in their cart lolOh and the gas station is insane, I recommend going early any of the days but again noticed it less busy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with random spikes during lunch and rush hour (obviously)

This is the 3rd time we have gotten meat that had a reasonable date in it but when opened it was rancid rotting and disgusting. The other 2 times we just threw it out because we didn't want it in our cars to bring back. This time it was our rack of lamb for Easter dinner and it's unacceptable. Almost $90 for 3 racks and they smelled so bad my kids smelled it across the house. Thank God for sprouts so we could have an Easter dinner after the Costco meat ruined our dinner plans. We will never buy meat from this Costco again. I will be back tomorrow morning to return it. Awful

Becca was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to help my mother with her hearing aids and solved all of the issues that we discussed with her. I cannot thank her enough and we are very grateful for her help.

Overall, I like my neighborhood Costco. I have only had one bad interaction with them. I went with a friend and they were buying something (1 item) and we used the self-checkout so they could pay for their item and I would check out my groceries and got scolded by one of the employees and they started to complain about how we were holding up the line. I would have never thought I would get an interaction like that at Costco but I understand if they were having a frustrating day wish they didn't projected on me though. But besides that one interaction, I like the variety of items and seasonal items the Costco carries. They always have something I never know I needed. Shopping here on weekends is the worst though or weekdays at night because it tends to get busy with the gas and people rushing in last minute.

This Costco is on the smaller side but it's close to me so it's the one I visit. There is almost always a line to get gas and I wouldn't recommend going on the weekends because it gets pretty crazy. Staff is always very friendly and store is usually pretty clean. I'd deff go during the week or late at night before closing. If you're looking for the separate liquor store you'll have to go to another location!

We have been members for a year now and really love the benefits of being with Costco! Most recently we have been researching a place to get tires for my Grand Cherokee, and ultimately decided on going with Costco! The woman who helped us in the tire center was so helpful, extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a woman normally going into a tire or auto center, it can be stressful as many times the men working there try to take advantage and oversell services. However this was the complete opposite! She was clear and understood the needs of my car. We came in as a walk in appointment and were given an estimate of 2-4 hours. The service was completed in under 2 hours, and was great! The benefits of road side, warranty, rotations and balancing are all great! I would highly recommend coming to Costco in general, but after this I can't say enough good things about it!

Worst customer service experience at the pharmacy. Pharmacist Deepak and tech Maria are the rudest people ever; they don’t listen, talk over you and they don’t even know the difference between medicine and they “assume” and fill the wrong one. I had to transfer medication to different pharmacy at the end.

Kelly went way above and beyond the call of duty for me. She helped me track down warranty info from the Costco in Mexico where I originally purchased my hearing aids. Courtney also was great, he helped fit me for a great new pair of hearing aids and even supplied me with loaners to tide me over until the new ones came in. Couldn’t be happier with the good folks here!

This is for Costco Optical: Marsha S. was my Optician (where the glasses and contacts are sold) and was very helpful! Friendly customer service and efficient too. I meant to write this a couple of months ago! It's rare you get such awesome customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COSTCO!!! Went to Costco and forgot my card, had a picture of it with me, the lady at the front told me that it is alright. Picked all of my shopping, stood in line and then got told that that they don't accept digital photos, even though you can literally see my face and i had my ID with me. Called the mangers who was very disrespectful, he told us that we will need to get a new card and he also told my 17 year old sister to get out because she is a minor and not allowed in a building without a parent. Honestly we should have left after that... Went to the station to buy another card, stood in line again, a guy at the front explained all the details about the card after which told us to go and stand in another line because this line is for returns only. Ok! Maybe you should start by saying that so i would have waisted my time, as well as tell me that you don't except pictures at the front when I specifically asked. Don't go to this Costco, they obviously don't teach their employees any manners...
