I have been using the Winter Park Costco Pharmacy for many years. The staff and manager have always been professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If there are any issues with my prescriptions or insurance the Pharmacy staff always takes the time to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Additionally, the Pharmacy prices are very competitive and the OTC items are always well-stocked.

Overall, I like my neighborhood Costco. I have only had one bad interaction with them. I went with a friend and they were buying something (1 item) and we used the self-checkout so they could pay for their item and I would check out my groceries and got scolded by one of the employees and they started to complain about how we were holding up the line. I would have never thought I would get an interaction like that at Costco but I understand if they were having a frustrating day wish they didn't projected on me though. But besides that one interaction, I like the variety of items and seasonal items the Costco carries. They always have something I never know I needed. Shopping here on weekends is the worst though or weekdays at night because it tends to get busy with the gas and people rushing in last minute.

This Costco is on the smaller side but it's close to me so it's the one I visit. There is almost always a line to get gas and I wouldn't recommend going on the weekends because it gets pretty crazy. Staff is always very friendly and store is usually pretty clean. I'd deff go during the week or late at night before closing. If you're looking for the separate liquor store you'll have to go to another location!

We have been members for a year now and really love the benefits of being with Costco! Most recently we have been researching a place to get tires for my Grand Cherokee, and ultimately decided on going with Costco! The woman who helped us in the tire center was so helpful, extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a woman normally going into a tire or auto center, it can be stressful as many times the men working there try to take advantage and oversell services. However this was the complete opposite! She was clear and understood the needs of my car. We came in as a walk in appointment and were given an estimate of 2-4 hours. The service was completed in under 2 hours, and was great! The benefits of road side, warranty, rotations and balancing are all great! I would highly recommend coming to Costco in general, but after this I can't say enough good things about it!

Sometimes there is a line right after a shipment. After nightmare experiences with CVS and Walgreens, Costco Pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air. They have been friendly and the texts/website access have been accurate. You can only beat these prices with an online pharmacy.

Pharmacy Docs are caring providers and pharmacy technicians go above and beyond to help patients! I drive an hour round trip to this pharmacy and it is worth it! Plus shop for some fresh produce and just look for interesting new items in the store. Win Win!
