i had no idea this place was for 'licensed pros only"...i bought stuff in there twice...3rd time i went in; the guy refused to sell to me, i politely told him that i was served twice before, at first he was polite and said that he was happy that i informed him, but he got snotty when i asked why they would turn away business; 'bragging' about how he hit 'quota' by 2pm that day ... i politely told him that i thought it was bizarre to turn down commerce, at this point the professional thing to do would be to1-explain the policy2-direct me to Corp. to explain the policy3-just simply say..."it's what we do"..(politely say we're not sharing that info)instead as i left, he made a snotty comment to the next guest about 'entitlement', That was very unprofessional no matter how you slice it; even to the next lady he said that to...As for the 'entitlement' comment, at no time did i demand service or even imply that he 'should' sell to me, i simply shared an opinion on how i thought it was bad business to turn away money, so on that; he's full of crapolai get the vibe that it's 1 of those 'Fake Friendly' places, where they have a condescending view of anyone not in their 'click'shopper beware

Every time I’m there and Mimi’s working she is so friendly and never fails to introduce me to promotions running that she knows would apply to me and the brand that I use and she can always answer any question I may have. She always goes the extra mile in some way and I love that! It keeps me coming to this location!

Constantly closing the store before 6pm. Walked up to the door and it was locked and when they saw me they turned the lights off. It’s hard to make it to the store by 6 as it is with work. If the store hours are 8am - 5:50pm maybe it should be changed on google.

To all my hairdresser friends out there that shop at Cosmo prof Beauty supply they are no longer doing exchanges or returns due to COVID-19BUYER BEWAIR!!!!!Yesterday I went in to get a colored shampoo for my client and I accidentally purchased conditioner this morning I went to return it and they told me they would not exchange it or give me my money back so I’m out over $36 because I had to purchase the shampoo that I needed in the first place.Shame on this company for not supporting the professionalsThat keep their business afloat, times are bad for all of us let’s not use Covid as an excuse to not give a good customer service..Also I would like to add that all the new stuff you have hired in at least two of the stores I know of are super rude and lazy
