TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , I ORDER A PART BY MISTAKE AND NEEDED A REFUND, AND I WAS TOLD I COULDNT GET A REFUND THAT I NEED TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE , AND ALSO I WAS TOLD BY JOSE THAT BE CAREFUL WITH MY DISTPUTE BECAUSE THEY HAD GREAT LAWYERS , I ORDER PARTS ALL THE TIME FROM THEM , THIS WAS NOT NECESSARY ALL I WANT IT WAS CREDIT STORE OR A REFUND, BUT I GUESS I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

I called to order a condenser for Hyundai Santa Fe. The lady on the counter said they have it, i got there picked it up and drove almost an hour back to the shop to find that i have a wrong one, i take it back and they were so confused how it is the wrong one until i had to search on my phone for a part number to provide her, and when one of the guys got involved he looked up the part number and said this is a part for Santa Fe, you have a Sonata, i said no i need a Santa Fe part, the lady insisted i asked for a Sonata and got her notes from earlier to find out that she wrote "Santa Fe" they apologized and gave me the right condenser and said I'm good to go, i take it and go back to the shop and as soon as i got there they called me to say that i owe them $5, i said I'm an hour away and will be back to the area later in the day and will stop to pay them, they called me after that 3 times in one hour different pepole to ask me about the $5. No comment after that.On a side note, please stop playing this loud stressful music at the counter maybe you all will relax a little without it.
