Right after the holidays I began running into issues with applications running and then crashing soon after start up. Messaged the company through their website and got a quick response from Shawn encouraging me to bring in my computer. Dropped off my computer and the next day I got an email back saying that everything was ready to go. No charge for diagnostic was the cherry on top of the whole situation. Couldn't be happier with the service I got. They have my business and are my first recommendation to anyone that needs help with their computer.

I broke the hinge and screen on my laptop. I spoke with Joyce who was amazing, and our technician was nice as well (forgot his name, sorry). The text message communication is so convenient. My repair was fairly quick, got it back in less than a week. The pricing was pretty fair considering the other quotes I received. I will certainly trust Code Black IT for my future needs. They did a great job on the repair.

I received fantastic service from Joyce and Shaun. I was looking for screws for my NVMe drive and they were the only place in the area that had them. They were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I miss my Msi laptop screws , need three tiny screws only , iFixNSell charge me 10 bucks , and play joke on me , not funny ! Codeblackit give me for free and kindly suggest how to put them on in right way . I will come for them if my computer down next time !

Can it be 10 STARS?? Shawn is AWESOME! He saved our small CPA firm towards the end of Tax Season on one of the worst weeks. Our hard drive crashed on our server, our backup routine was on the fritz, we had a backup of our data but.... he came along did an overnight recovery from our CRASHED drive and sent me a picture in the middle of the night of the screen of what I look at everyday!!! I was amazed.... a few hours later we were back up and running tax returns and all was well... Shawn you won't ever know how much we appreciate your dedicated service and assistance... we will sing your praises forever... Got a problem? Call Shawn! He is so easy to work with and knowledgable!
