Ridicules every time the ATM inside the door are locked regardless of being chase member doors are locked at
On the drive thru not working. Card is used to unlock door why do you have lock with pad lock.

Very disappointed, not only i had to wait but i couldn't be helped, 4 employees two behind the clerk station and 2 other in the office one on the phone the other on a computer 3 clients waiting and still waiting, after many years i finally said am done, i cant have a commercial account with a bank with careless employees ?

This banks customer service is non existent. They are rude. No one has the answers your directed to 800 numbers if there's a problem. I will definitely be taking my buisness account else where. We have ran over 1,000,000 in this account our first year of buisness with them. And our second will be that in the first quarter. We are packing it up and taking it else where. I only bank with people who show respect for the clients.

If I could give this Chase branch 0 stars, I would. I've been a customer of Chase for 4 years, and this branch has consistently given me trouble time and time again. The first incident was when I brought my brother to open an account. Despite having all the necessary documents, they told us he couldn't open an account without an appointment, even though it was 1 p.m. and they weren't busy!The second time was when I needed to resolve issues with my card and withdraw money. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. And just recently, I arrived at 2 p.m., three hours before closing, only to be left waiting for 40 minutes while they chatted in their offices with no clients in sight. It's unacceptable.Their customer service needs a complete overhaul. From the manager to the bank specialists and the teller, I've been consistently disappointed with their attitude. They show a blatant disregard for people's time and even had the audacity to suggest I go to another bank if I wasn't happy. It's disrespectful and unacceptable.

ATMs are somehow down about a 3rd of the time I go here. Not to mention also at this branch, there is an ATM in the front doors and those doors are locked sometimes? Wouldn't that solve the issue also ?? Idk. Not to mention Chase not allowing you to change your phone number at night, therefore not allowing you to get into your account at all if your phone breaks until the following day. I have people I needed to send money to. Don't you have worldwide customers?? I literally put in my social, debit card number and pin. 'Sorry we are closed.' Just put the option to change the phone number... I can't imagine if I was an even more urgent user.

Employees here have no sense of urgency at all the atms outside are broken. Me and my son have Covid today and unfortunately I had to go inside of the bank to make a deposit. I could’ve made outside but the ATMs are always broken. Always something wrong with it. I have brought this to their attention today and hopefully this won’t be an issue with the board but I highly doubt that they’re gonna do anything about it seeing as they weren’t even bothered that I had Covid and had to come inside, exposing other people to it.

I made my appointment a week in advance at this bank! Since the treatment arrived, it has been the worst treatment I have had in 10 years in this country! The specialist Esther from the first moment put me in thousands of obstacles to be able to open the account and her treatment was despicable towards me! I have been in this country for 10 years with a valid Florida license, work permit, social security card, everything, and she tells me that I cannot open the account because she needs my passport! something that is totally false because all my acquaintances are in the same situation and have an account with Chase bank which is a shame that the bank has a bad reputation because of people like that
