Absolute terrible service. I’m a private client and it’s still impossible to get ahold of anyone.
Go to a bank where they actually care about their clients.

Chase marketing has been stellar to get me to change business banks and use Chase. It’s the branch that fails miserably at converting a willing prospect into a client.
Took forever to get an appt. Then I had to reschedule and no one cares if I ever rescheduled. I walk in and the teller says I can do it all online which I did and it took me 10 min.
Chase marketing department should know that it’s not your marketing that is failing it’s the branches failing to bring the customer over the finish line.

I had to give a review after reading some of them other ones. Every time I come here I have a very good experience. And the people that work here are very professional. I drive all the way from Conway because I prefer going to this particular branch....

Don't expect to be able to use this bank or it's services. The parking lot apparently gets used as a valet parking lot, which results in the self service isles being blocked and unusable as they instead have cars parked in them diagonally so nobody can even get through. People double park in the handicap spots without even having the placard for it. Overall a complete joke of a location.

They made up a problem that didn't exist, to get me to open a checking account. After my mortgage was sold to Chase, a Banker at this branch told me, if I want to avoid a $12 fee to pay my chase mortgage, then I had use a chase checking account to make the payment. This required me to open a new checking account which I didn't need or want. This didn't sound right, but i opened the checking account and decided to wait few months to see where the $12 fee occurred. There was no penalties in paying my mortgage with a non-chase account. The only fee that occurred was due to inactivity on the chase checking account I didn't want or need.I tried to escalate my situation to the District Manager and have this banker fired, however no one seemed to care. Probably because at the end of the day he's still making money for Chase.I have no trust in Chase and I’ll never use them again for my business or personal banking.Take your banking across the street to Fairwinds and you'll be much happier.

Signed up for new business accounts here earlier this year. Chase representative told me to my face that with the new accounts I would be reimbursed for all non-chase ATM withdrawal fees.Came back from working two months abroad. Saw a list of fees for non-Chase ATM withdrawals. Inquired about when I would get reimbursed and the response was “we can reimburse one non-chase atm fee a year”Apparently the Chase rep at this location straight lied to my face.

No after no, after no. Simple banking? NOT here. Want to open an account? NOT here. They don’t have the people to o do it. Bring your minor child to change pin on debit card. Can’t do it here even if accompanied by the parent/owner of that account! Because the minor has no id with him. No, after no, after no.I was told “it’s the same everywhere”. “Prove me wrong”. The teller said.

Do not come here. No tellers. Everything is automated, and the machines regularly breakdown and use. Sad example of banks trying to cut down on human labor versus paying employees to do jobs.

How is this place in buisness? I walk in to just add myself to my husband's account and we see there's no tellers. Fine, but the other bank person there was doing nothing, just went and hid in her office. Only 1 person there apparently doing anything. Then there's the kid in the front that just navigates ATMs for people. Horribly place. Why are they even here?? 30 minutes later and still, nothing.
