“Great experience. Nice station, very clean inside. The little one wanted to ride the train so we got a sleeper car from Winter Park and took it up north. Smooth transition on and off the train although I think they need to make their platforms a lot longer. Especially if you're gonna have people that have to get on and off away from the actual station. that's a little weird to me especially if the weather is bad. Otherwise, be ready to get on the train and be on time. They only stopped for a few seconds then they pull off. They will leave you lol.”

“Booked a car at 9:45am, 5 min later someone called and informed me they had less cars than expected, but told me they had something else for me. I wish i remembered names better, tall black man helped me with that situation and was prompt and courteous. Woman with dark hair helped me a few days prior with a different booking; efficient and worked with a sense of urgency. I like this place, especially considering I get a discount code for use here from my employer and this location is only 1 mile from my home. I think some bad reviews result from the unpredictably of cars returning when expected.”
“Great experience with this Avis location! Jeff was excellent in helping me get a car. I booked the car 2 days in advance through Avis customer service, was a bit of a nerve wracking bc many of the reviews were people booking but not getting a car. I actually realized that the corporate overbooks but they don’t have that many cars to give, that’s why some people r left with no rental. When I read those reviews I went to Enterprise, which is 10 mins away from this location. On their website was saying 45 cars available at that location, but when I went there they had 8 people ahead of me who booked in advance but were not given a car. So I guess this is just a bad practice from these corporate greedy companies that shouldn’t be booking no matter what. So definitely not a fault from the local dealers. This Avis location gave me the car I booked in a timely manner, so everything good. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us! Will be definitely renting again from you if ever again in Orlando.”

“Frank and Nolan. at Winter Park location on Fairbanks, both super friendly. Very easy process in and out. Rented a Toyota Taco, and it was great, super low rates for the month. Highly recommended!”
