Everyone was very friendly and kind however the wax was very rushed. And when she was tweezing after the wax she was tweezing my skin and not the hairs.

My friend recommended this place for a while and finally got to visit. Great experience as we both got deluxe pedicures. Many options to choose from both for manicure or pedicure and additional services. My nail tech Rose was awesome and one of the best pedicures I have gotten in a long time! Beautiful views of the lake from the massage chairs. Parking can be difficult as it’s a very busy lot. Overall everything at Bliss Nail Spa was great! Thank you very much.

Some of the ladies that do the service use a very short skirt and T-shirt with the parts showing. So unprofessional.

Did a walk in appointment and got a gel pedicure and dip gel manicure, Rose was so attentive and took her time with everything and ensured me she'd reshape my nails as many times as I needed since I kept wanting to go shorter, she was awesome. I live part time in Sarasota but will start getting my nails done in winter park because of this place!

I want to begin by stating no business is perfect and I am referencing the prior horrible reviews of this nail salon. I am sure we all have opinions and experiences with nail salons especially as women since we have difficulty finding the right one. In my opinion and from my experience of this salon I can’t say anything bad about it. Not one thing. The salon is very clean and it shows that it is well taken care of. If you notice the staff, everyone is very nice to each other and borrow each other’s tools. Every single check that I have in my mind for a nail salon, they marked. Asked if everything was too hot or cold (the water or the towel for your pedi). Asked if I wanted a refreshment. And while doing my mani, after every single step the nail technician asked if I liked them or if I’m happy. I know women are picky about nails, believe me I am one. But you would be surprised what just a genuine please and thank you as a customer can get you. Thank you. I will be back.

don’t get service from Lena, she is very unprofessional. she gets offended & is dismissive if you give her preference/suggestions on how you want your nails. she will intentionally do things to make sure your experience is bad, like twisting/pinching your fingers aggressively, punches your legs as part of a “pedicure message”, skips steps; half does her job. other people notice her odd behavior, and i thankfully got free service without asking as compensation. so if you want a good experience don’t go to her. everyone else there does a pretty good job and the place is nice.

I've had my nails done now a few different times. A few times with dip and tips added, and a regular polish. Personally getting my nails done is a luxury and something I will do as self-care. Because of this, I want to have consistency. I stick to one tech and assess the work being done with dip, gel or even regular polish. Although everyone is very friendly, I found myself feeling rushed out of the chair, even when I made an appointment. A couple of times when I did a soak off and wanted to just go with a regular polish for a week, the tech would almost guilt me into reconsidering. I am aware normal polish is never going to last as long as gel, dip, etc. but it's my choice. As long as you can overlook some of those items, the product at the end of the day is going to be decent.

Great place to treat yourself to a pedicure, especially as the lake is right outside the windows of the massage chairs. So serene!

My daughter and I went for a pedicure and manicure, but the service was rushed, with minimal massage, and one foot was completely skipped. Despite paying for the deluxe pedicure, I decided to skip the manicure due to the poor experience. The technician accidentally got gel on my skin, causing discomfort when trying to fix it, my skin was shaved off with the buffer. Which what caused the burning effect. We won't be returning after paying $130 for a 20-minute deluxe pedicure, followed by 25 minutes just for gel nail polishing, which felt excessive. Worst experience I’ve had. I tipped in cash for my daughter’s pedicure. Definitely not my tech for trying to rush and it wasn’t even busy.
