“Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!”

Only reason I gave 4 days because they couldn’t install it due to my battery being located underneath my passenger seat. Had to pay someone else to install it. “It doesn’t get any better than this. I was having trouble finding a replacement battery for my 7,500 watt electric start generator and stopped in to check their store. The store had a great brand I respect, and the precise item I needed. The personnel were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Then to top that experience, I connected the battery to my trickle charger when I got home, and my charger confirmed that the battery was “fully charged”! YAY to management and staff!”
