Miscounted my deposit. Acted annoyed that I wanted to recount myself. I was correct. They recounted. Act annoyed that they made a mistake. No apologies, move on out.. I wonder how many times they have miscounted and acted annoyed to pressure people out

An ATM at this location ate my debit card, but it gets better: after it did, someone else was still able to clean out my account by withdrawing all my available cash. Though, hold on, there's more: evidently, you also can't get a temporary replacement if you report your card stolen as a result of any of their products or services. So, I'm stuck without any way to deposit or withdraw cash for the next week, and they won't refund my stolen money until they officially figure out I didn't steal it from myself. On top of all that, this has happened a few days before my rent is due.UPDATE: Now it's going to be two weeks before my stolen money is returned to me, even though they admitted that it is a legitimate claim. They literally are withholding my money because I've had too many prior problems that required disputing transactions.

Bank of America this location worst than any thing.4 people walking around the lobby But only one person held 10 customers on the trailer. Good thing I don’t have account with them but unfortunately my business purpose I had to go to Bank of America. Any location you go same service

Terrible. From the parking lot to the hours to the people. It's like a jail for your money, where they keep changing the visiting hours and don't care about the inmates.

The card I got from here had ita strip ripped fairly quickly, wouldn't be an issue if 9/10 times I go they turn off the tap to scan on their ATMs so they won't take my card in any capacity

Im giving 5 stars for Antonio! He is always very kind and helpful when I go to the bank. There have been times where my payroll card has had issues and I have been blown off by other employees. Antonio on the other hand is always looking for a way to solve the problem instead of telling me to “go to another branch” like other employees that work there. Thank you Antonio for actually helping solve problems instead of blowing me off. He is a valuable employee with good customer service skills.

Terrible Costume Service. You tell them what you need and they say sit down. They don't tell you how long, they pretty much forget that you are there and ignore what you are there for.

never open when the working class isn't working. charges an hour worth of work for 2 mins of their time. only privileged rich looking people are welcomed.
