Great Bank, good Location, but only 1 cashier working, and the line is getting bigger. Not the best place to Bank if don’t want to waste 30 minutes of your time. It requires patience to bank here.

Needed to pickup a foreign exchange order. Arrived just before 10am. A few people gathered up before they opened the doors. I had just one lady ahead of me. She did not take too long. Teller was very friendly and efficient. Checked my id and gave me the notes and I was out of there quick.

This bank is definitely going from bad to worse. The lack of clarity and information to carry out the procedures is immense, there is a need to unify concepts and information for the user, wasting time.

I have received a business check that was thru bank of america. They are not helpful with verification of the check i deposited. Everyone says the same story but can't talk to my bank chase to verify the check is valid. I have to wait 10 days to receive funds because they can't verify anything

Tried to get documents notarized, the wait was an hour. I was about to sit and wait but was told by teller to remember my spot as there is no check in log for customers to place themselves in line. Not organized and short staffed.

I'm a pretty big BOA fan as far as big banks go (SHHH - don't tell Elizabeth Warren) - reason being, since moving a lot of our money into Merrill Lynch, my wife and I both qualify for their top-tier reward program, with the most important benefit being the great cash-backs that we get from our Visa card (3% in the category of your choice becomes 5.25%!). And whenever we've been in the branch closest to us, in Lake Mary, we've had great customer service, even if a bit of a wait is usually in the cards because they are so busy. Well with THIS branch, we had no luck. We were going in this direction/area one time a few months ago; we needed some docs notarized, but after waiting to speak to someone, we found that they had no one there who could do that on that particular day. Our bad luck, or just not well planned staffing ... we'll never know. My preference is that any major bank like that ought to have 2 or 3 qualified notaries public, so that if one falls ill, take vacation ... the customer is not caught short. Then the next time we went, we found out this branch had been closed, due to Covid-19. I don't think I can give that 3 stars and call it "A-OK".

Met with a charming teller who helped complete the forms to auto pay Visa from Checking. It worked once and now it failed and fees are assessed. Worse, the Visa was now declined during Christmas retail transaction - embarassing!
