Great experience selling here, was helping a friend with a closet clean out and made a fair amount of money for the clothes they took! Super cute selection and ambiance in store as well.

All the reviewers here are miserable. They complain that employees are sitting down, or not “leaving much of an impression” whatever that means. They’re doing their JOB and they’re doing it well. This place is awesome. Some of the best thrift finds I’ve ever found, so well decorated and the fitting rooms were colorful and spacious with flowers on the mirrors. Every piece here is so unique and awesome!! The employees were nice and genuine, I’m pretty sure half of the complaints here are from homophobes. Literally the best thrift store I’ve ever been to. Not to mention, the prices were awesome. We went to the goodwill across the street and everything was 20+ dollars. This place, an actual consignment shop, managed to be cheaper than anything in that goodwill. I found the cutest Y2K fairy style purple and pink dress for 10 dollars, which would’ve undoubtedly been 16-20 something at the store next door. So glad I found this place a week before my birthday, because they have a birthday discount with ID! Anyways, ignore the miserable people in this thread. they have no actual problems with the business and overestimate how much gravity it takes for the world to revolve around you. Go here. This is the best thrift store I’ve ever found

Redoing my review bc they got salty. their employees are rude and act like you are the absolute worst person for walking in. I suggest just selling the clothes on Mercari or donating to th GW across the way bc the treatment here is not worth it. Specifically the white boy who's a cashier has such an attitude. they have cute accessories specifically rings but they all need to get a grip.Edit: Maybe your staff should "try kindness" ? get real lmao

Super cute interior, very clean and cozy, and lots of very cute and neat finds. Thrifting can really test your patience, so it's nice to have a more curated selection!

I normally never write reviews but…this was by far the worst thrift store I’ve been to which bums me out cause the store itself looked well amazing lol I should have known better than to sell them my leather jeans when I walked around and saw poor quality damaged items on the racks marked at a ridiculous price. If your gunna take Shein items at least cut off the tag and sew your own on there…also if your gunna take damaged items and not take perfectly good brand items…choices babes. Majority of the brands marked “vintage” werent even vintage…as someone who worked at a consignment store just cause it looks old doesnt make it vintage. Also the employees left no impression at all, they just kind of were there and hardly took the time to talk to you. All and all maybe ill go back in for the accessories at most but if your a big thrifter your better off going to Dechoe in College Park.

I can't get a sense of this store. It's branded as hippie/eclectic/vintage, but in reality I found the store to be a mixture of fast fashion cast-offs like Wal-Mart, Target, and Forever 21. Those items were marked up nearly as high as they would have been bought new ($16-20). Their vintage section was sadly mostly washed-out cotton, static-y 80's polyester, and several wool sweaters that had met an unfortunate fate in someone's dryer and were frankly ruined. As an avid thrift, consignment, and vintage customer, I can only encourage you to seek solace from your deep disappointment in the Goodwill Boutique across the street. It has lower prices, far more quality brands and fabrics, and 3x the products to choose from.

I love this place! they have a lot of good vintage and the prices are much more reasonable compared to other vintage shops around Orlando. their graphic tee selection is really nice!! they also have a cute section with a bunch of crochet wristlets, keychains, pins, patches, stickers, and hair accessories! The employees were very nice and the store has a really cute aesthetic!

Despite the promising reputation of Avalon Exchange, my recent visit left much to be desired. Upon entering, I was not greeted or made to feel welcome. Instead, I observed one employee comfortably seated while their coworker handled all the work, despite the store being open for just 30 minutes. This lack of acknowledgment and teamwork was disappointing. Furthermore, I encountered discrepancies between their online luxury buying policy and what was communicated in-store, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite the clean and inviting atmosphere, the overall experience was soured by the lack of a welcoming atmosphere and poor customer service. For these reasons, I can only rate Avalon Exchange one star.

Visited this thrift store for the first time today and let me just say it did not disappoint! Super organized, staff is really friendly and the clothes are all in great shape. I will definitely be back. As far as pricing goes, based on the brands and qualify, it's great!

When it comes to shopping not that bad of an experience. However, they only BUY from a certain demographic. I've taken name brand items to them several times and each time. I'm told nothing will sell. Sent a friend of mine into the shop and they took everything. Keep in mind they were the same items.

why do you hire the rudest employees? and obviously do not seem to care since multiple people complain about the customer service being horrible and yet every time i go, i leave wondering why i did. i finally took my husband and he said the same exact thing - so from now on the lovely people at the goodwill across the street will get our service.
