I went in clearly asking for my brake pads and shoes to be replaced, however they required a inspection, I made an appt at 9am, I called around 11 or noon for an update however I was told there were cars before mine, and my car was next. Then I called around 1pm for another update, so I could get an estimate on my brakes. They said it would be over $500 for just front brakes to be done with labor. I was told by other mechanic shops that it should be around 300 for front brakes. So I told them never mind I’ll take my car back, so I grabbed my car back, and look for better prices, I will say everyone was nice but I do feel like I was getting taking advantage because I’m a girl. It took over 5 hours to just get my car inspected…for what I clearly wanted, just to get an over priced “estimate”

Very good group of people and mechanics. This is a late review but they fixed all of my leaks on my celica a while back and hasnt leaked ever since. Would 100% recommend

So glad to have stumbled across this shop when I was having a minor issue with my vehicle recently..went to several other places and they all wanted me to leave it all day or overnight for them to look at it which was not feasible due to work demands.. I was told if I came back a little later they may be able to squeeze me in and they did.. Donnie, Jimmy, Ginger and everyone I met there were so friendly and helpful it is clear they understand the value of customer service and have definitely earned my trust and business in the future.. seems to me no matter what the problem is with your vehicle they will have a solution and highly encourage you to give them a call first!

I brought my truck in for repair. There was an issue that I brought to their attention.
The owner Jimmy called me about the problem. Jimmy went over and above what Most repair shops Owners would ever do for a customer. Jimmy, his wife & staff do care about the results of the repairs and the customer satisfaction. I normally don't write reviews but. I am very impressed by the outstanding customer service that I received.

Always thankful to have the team at Auto Mechanic Shop work on my car. They are very professional, excellent communicators, and they treat you and your vehicle with utmost respect. After having my CV Axels, control arms and bushings replaced, my Subaru is driving better than the day at bought it off the lot! Big thank you to Donnie, Tom, and the rest of the team!

Initially I was not thrilled with my experience at this mechanic. I took my truck in with transmission issues, and they told me it needed a new solenoid. When I got it back, it had the same shifting issue within a day of getting it back. The manager basically told me that I needed to take it to the dealership, and having paid a lot to fix the issue I was having, this was very upsetting. I then talked to the owner about my frustration, who worked with me to get a very good price on replacing the transmission. They even replaced my rear main seal while they had the transmission out and saved me having to pay to get that fixed in the future

It is difficult to find a local mechanic you can trust. These guys are the BEST - in repairs, communication, and service. They are detailed, thorough, fair, fast, and their customer service goes above and beyond. I highly, highly recommend them. I am a small business owner, I called the shop and explained my AC went out in my work vehicle.... I spoke with the manager Donnie and scheduled for the next day to have my service done... I dropped it off at about 8 and got my vehicle back in the evening! I found the prices to be quite affordable and the service was stellar! It's good to know when you have a vehicle that you have to rely on but he's guys will take care of you and prioritize you! Thank you again for the awesome service! You have won all of my future auto needs!
