“Excellent service!! I was referred by another appliance store they were sold out . I needed a washing machine I told him my budget he was honest and told me you can fix your washer for cheaper but I wanted another one as mines was a bit old. I purchased a new washer and 1 hr later it was delivered, installed and the old one was hauled off . This is what good customer service is. Did I mention it comes with 90 days of warranty.Thank you !!!!”

“Want to give a shout out to Robert Landron at this location. I wanted an item I saw on sale online. They allow to pick the item and have a sales person call you before you pay and tell you when it's available. I didnt get an email but called the store the next morning. Robert picked up asked me my confirmation # and that he would call me back once he go info. Within a few minutes did he not only call, invoice me, got me a appt to have it delivered this week and when there was a cancellation called me back to squeeze me in! Wow talk about customer service. My dishwasher is working and I love it!”

“I brought several 4X10 sheets of Galvanealed steel for them to cut up into 16 different dimensions. about 16 different rectangles with all different sizes needed to be cut out of these sheets. They measured and cut them all perfectly, the price was great, And they were able to get it done quickly. I wish I had more metal projects so that I could work with them again. Super duper recommend them”

“December 9th 2023:Number 1 - he should be recognized across the entire Home Depot- but i am not able to reach any Home Depot Headquarters in US - when i call them, they keep transferrring to the same people , outside of this country i cannot make them understand..Anyhow i ment to say it is Bill -who does a fantastic job- he is a great Asset... he can do all the things- he was highly helpful ...i cannot say more words- than this like a brother Mr.. “Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”
